  • She did an amazing job communicating to us on the phone and by e-mail as we were out of the area already. Our first agent from another agency was poor and got very little action in the 7 months they had the listing. Jeri remarketed our house, new photos, video tours, gave great comps, sourced interested buyers and we closed about 12 weeks after hiring her. We felt she was genuinely concerned about us and the new home buyer. Recommended her to our corporate relocation team as a local agent to use given her high level of service AND delivery. Hope they send lots of business her way.

  • It was the worst experience of my life when it came to movers. At one point the guys that were here took my chairs out and were sitting on them waiting for their boss to return their call. Once they were told to go back to the shop they left the chairs. They told me that they were going back to Fayetville to get the blankets and would be back when in reality they never intended to come back to finish the job. So losing is added to the u professionalism NEVER would I recommend or use this company

  • The experience was phenomenal.  I am military and I was unable to get the base to move my household goods due to timing.  I located Easy Movers on Angie's List and gave them a call.  From the start, they were professional and courteous.  The representative really worked with me.  I told them I had a strict budget and he got the price down as far as possible to meet that budget.  He would answer any questions or concerns and they were really the cheapest moving company I found.  Since they were based out of Charlotte and I lived in Goldsboro, which is on the opposite side of North Carolina, the company sent a local vendor out to survey our house and give us a weight estimate.  I did price check the large carriers and Easy Movers beat their prices by about $2000 so I was ecstatic.  
    The company packed our whole house in one day.  It was about 11000 lbs worth of weight.  The following day the movers came and loaded all of our goods.  The biggest fear my wife and I had was the possibility of items getting damaged or things missing after the move.  The movers were professional and hard workers.  They took good care of all of our furniture and let us know things that were wrong before moving the items.  
    The day of delivery went just as well.  They helped us place the furniture, they took empty boxes for us, and they were extremely cautious unloading.  The company showed up right on time and delivered the goods two days after they picked it.  They actually arrived day early and said they could deliver it but I was still in the process of driving so I was unable to have them deliver it early.
    Overall, the experience was great and I would recommend using Easy Movers to anyone.  I was actually glad the military couldn't move us because the movers they use never do a quality job like Easy Movers.  I have absolutely no complaints about the company.  Thank you for making our stressful moving experience a pleasurable time.

  • We were scheduled to be packed up on June 15th between 6am-8am and had to call the company ourselves after no one showed up only to find out that they were coming the following morning instead, which they stated they "were going to call us." I provided a very accurate inventory of all of my furniture and large items in the original estimate and even stated that my 2 bedroom apartment should be considered more as a 3 bedroom because we had a room put in storage. We had to talk to the owner of the company at pickup when we were informed that our 4,400 estimate was now 10,750 and it was only through our complaining that we got it reduced to 9,375, which was still 150% over the expected amount. I paid for professional packing service and when goods arrived I discovered how poorly all the boxes were packed which I believe resulted in the majority of the damage. Although we did witness the movers actually drop a large China box from about 10 feet high off the truck because
    it was the first box they were trying to pull out of the middle. There were vintage China plates stacked 5-6 high with 1 sheet of packing paper around them!!!! The China was also loaded starting at the bottom of the box with no padding on the bottom. Our large diploma frames that cost between $160-$200 a piece were shoved in the side of wardrobe boxes with no paper or anything around them. They were all scratched up. We found a box full of smaller frames all shoved in together with a few random T-shirts thrown in for padding, but all the edges were damaged. We had some empty large plastic storage containers
    that we got for packing and didn?t end up using, and they were loaded empty on truck (we were charged by cubic feet of truck space not by the pound the way we were supposed to be billed). There was even an empty plastic egg crate that was
    full of balled up moving paper taped together with nothing inside it. Original painted artwork canvasses were randomly shoved in boxes with other things with no paper wrapping around them. My husband provided the original box and
    Styrofoam packaging for his 46? TV and it arrived upside down inside the box with the foam thrown on top. Many items were not put in boxes at all, they were simply just taped together which caused damage to all of them. Terrible experience with the company. There were over $2,000 worth of damages. We feel this company  is a complete scam.

  • Extremely courteous and humble company.  Eager to inform, recommend and assist.  Punctual service .  Two of the workers even helped me carry the large boxes to my truck....and I'm a stout guy!

  • Very poor reception for renter service incidents. You remain more of an inconvenience than a responsible agent to someone else's home. They also hold no responsibility to quality workmanship of their contractors. They assume once they make a call to a contractor, their job is done. There is no back check to ensure work was complete in a timely manner and to satisfaction of the renter/homeowner. Hostile environment of staff was the accepted standard.
