This practice is the one of the reasons Medicare is going under! While I totally understand that each eye must be separately, however, while is a second appointment required for measuring each eye and why is does it take 4 office visits to evaluate the need for the procedure and measuring the lens and insurance billed 4 times for office visits for procedures on two eyes. BTW appointment times are an estimate! They ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time yet with more than a half dozen appointments I was never called on time (most wait times were longer than 15 minutes. After my first eye was completed I advised the Doctor that I was not able to read without during his follow up exam. His response was that I have "droopy eye lids and required a separate procedure which his practice would be happy to complete. Ans he made no mention of scar tissue. I repeated this complaint during the follow up visit after the second eye was completed and was told the same thing after eye exams during both visits. This time he told me to try reading glasses! My six month follow up was rescheduled by them. Since the reading glasses were not adequate and I could not see to read anything, I called the office and advised them that waiting an additional month was unacceptable that I needed this issue corrected immediately. They scheduled me in another office that required an additional hour drive time which was worth while if I could have this issue corrected. It was a waste of time because they scheduled me with a non MD who advised that I had scar tissue that required removal and that I would have to wait a month to have the MD that performed the surgery re-evaluate my eyes for the removal. All that I accomplished was another bill and no resolution to my issue. When I called to schedule that appointment, I was advised that this appointment would be for evaluation only, and that I would have to schedule the scar removal procedure after that additional appointment. I guess I got their attention when I complained that their practice already performed the evaluation and mentioned the words Medicare Fraud cause I was switched to a supervisor who scheduled the evaluation and removal on the same day. That day I paid for an additional eye exam and office visit and was advised that both eyes had developed scar tissue. The MD told me that I could schedule the removal procedure upon checkout. H was shocked when the MOA advised him that the procedure was scheduled the same day. I wonder how many patients are scammed with an additional unnecessary visit. After the removal procedure an additional visit was scheduled to once again examine my eyes and bill me for another visit! During this visit the MD actually took more than two minutes with me. This time he explained that I still had the issue with the "droopy eye lids" (something no physician ever noted during over 50 years of annual eye exams, and that I may have an issue that my brain may not have developed. But he would be happy to refer me the the physician in his practice that could perform surgery on my eye brows. I finally got my prescription I waited 45 minutes for their vision rep (who was with a customer) before asking how much longer I would have to wait. After being advised that I could come back I departed and had my glasses made by my usual company. They are horrendous, do not trust your vision or hearing to this money machine.

My son had issues with earaches and sore throats. He had one surgery when he was 11 months for ear tubes and adenoid removal. Dr. Parsons was the doctor we saw and he was absolutely wonderful.  When he was almost 4 years old he had to have another set of ear tubes and have his tonsils & adenoids removed. Dr. Tebbitt was his doctor and he was just as wonderful. Both doctors had a great bed side manner and my son loved both doctors.  I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I've been going there for a couple of years. I was happy with service. It was something to like so I continue to go back. They were just friendly. They made sure that I was happy. There were certain issues with contact and glasses and they worked through it to solve the problem. Overall, he was a good doctor.

    Hoscheit, Dr. Ann M.
She's phenomenal. I have been seeing her for about 7 months. She's extremely knowledgeable and very attentive. She's very much into the overall well being of an individual. She doesn't just look at the eyes; she looks at one's physical health, etc to determine what's going on with their eyes. Her bedside manner is fantastic. She's very polite.

Dr. McCullom was rude when I went and saw him. He changed part of the prescription when I asked him, but told me if I wasn't happy with it that he would give me my money back and I could go elsewhere, which I did.

    Samiy, Dr. Nasi
He is a very good ophthalmologist, but, my eye condition is not treatable. After going to two other ophthalmologists who basically ignored the problem that I was having, he was able to immediately diagnose it, but, unfortunately, it was too late to do anything about it. However, he is very knowledgeable and very thorough.

At first my experiences were very good, until I called up for an appointment and the receptionist said I had been written off as a debt. I knew this wasn't right because my husband and I had always paid cash, but she said they couldn't see me again until my balance was paid. I didn't understand why I was not contacted about the balance which turned out to be only about $30. This upset me a lot, especially since we had spent around $2000 already and I didn't know where the $30 came from. The quality of care is great, it is the billing that I am not happy with. Otherwise, I haven't had any problems and they are usually ready to see you when you arrive for your appointment.

It’s okay. They could be a little bit better but they are okay. The wait is 20 to 30 minutes in the waiting room.
