Excellent! Kim is as meticulous about her grooming as she is providing a safe environment for the pups. I had my Labrador shaved as well as bathing and furminating done on another. Then there's Daisy who just needs bathing and nails. All three of my dogs love Kim and Kourtney both and get very excited to see them, so I know they are loved when they are there. The first time I kenneled them with Kim and Kourtney, Daisy became very upset. Kim called me and let me know. She placed Daisy in her office until I came back and let Bailey in to calm her. This special attention shows me that they care for the pups as they do their own.

    Pet Smart
We usually take our pets to PetSmart and they have been outstanding. We go there religiously every three months. I'd say A right down the line. I have a Pomeranian. They do a fantastic job andandkeep her nice and groomed, you know,so she can get in her bikini.

    Animal Details

She's wonderful. It's so much better when the groomers come to your location because your dog is not as upset about being left at the groomers, or dropping them off and sitting in the kennel. The convenience of it is wonderful. She does clippings and baths and all of that. She's wonderful with animals.

It seems like they get overwhelmed with pets. The grooming took a lot longer than they said it would, and it impacted my schedule. They need to know their process better so that they can give a more accurate time.

    Happy Tails Country Club

Ask our dogs.  They go bananas on arrival when I let them out of the car in the parking lot; can't wait to get in the door.

The people there are very conscientious.  During the outbreak of dog influenza that hit North Carolina this winter, they shut down their operation.  It is open again.

The service is always excellent and so is the price! Dr. K is excellent at giving you all of your options for treatment. They are very upfront about price after examining the animal and always give options on what to do. As far as boarding goes, it is the only place my dogs are happy to go to. Their grooming service employee, Miss Ann, works wonders! The entire staff is friendly, informative, and professional.

The spa treatment is $150 and otherwise, it is lesser. I like them. My dog likes going there. They are kind to their animals. They always have a clean place. They are always anxious for feedback if you are not happy. Overall, I like it. My dog never likes to go in but with them, they always were excited so I knew they must have been treating them properly. I have used many groomers and that was one of the things that made me go back to them. You can tell them what you want and they would do it. They are just very compassionate. Their prices are just about the same as everybody else.

    Cheryl's Best Friends Pet Grooming
I take my dog here every 6 weeks to get his nails trimmed. They use the dremmel tool on his nails and work very well with him to get them nice and short in a quick manner. I have also used their "wash your own pet" tubs and was very pleased with how they provided all soap, shampoo, ear cleaner, towels/dryer, and other products for you to use.

    Cross Creek Animal Hospital
Our Elkhound was slightly limping so we made an appointment for the vet. We dropped him off thinking he may need xrays. After a few hours the Doctor called and explained that they have been playing with him to see about his limp....but she could not find anything. She gave us the option of getting xrays or just waiting it out. We decided to go ahead with the xrays. Apparently our dog has severe hip dysplasia for his age. The doctor immediatley began a pain management plan and a weight loss plan. She discussed all the surgery options that we have. She did not push surgery....she was more worried about his weight. She helped up plan everything from a new type of bed, changing food, medications, and a monthly shot regiment. Our doctor went as far as to show us her own dog with hip dysplasia to show that the quality of life can still be great with the right pain management plan.

    Great Paws
I am very pleased with Great Paws. I use their mobile service. I don't like their in store service. I've taken him a couple of times to the in store service and I've never been pleased but the lady that does the mobile service, she brings the van to your house and does it out in your driveway, she does a great job. I love her, she's really good.
