    Philbrick, Dr. William
The assistants and office personnel were amazing, however the doctor was rude. It seemed like he talked down to me. He insisted on putting my contacts IN my eye for me. I have never in the 15 years I have worn contacts had an eye doctor insist on putting them in my eyes. His hole demeanor was off putting. I will not return here.

I also had a torn retina which required laser surgery several years ago so I like to make sure everything is still as it should be.  The doctor was very knowlegeable and friendly.  Would recommend to anyone seeking a highly professional facility.

I use Dr Reggins. He has got a business. He has a very good chair side manner. He has a very courteous and competent office staff. He is thorough and has partnerships with other doctors, including Raleigh who are know state wide. He refers when he needs to. If you have a problem he will make room for you.

They gave me info to read up on so that I would know what to expect. They also sent an e-mail with a video in it to explain all of it. When I went in for the surgery they put drops in my eye to prepare it for numbness to get ready for the surgery. They thoroughly cleaned the area around the eye. I was out of there maybe 20 minutes after the procedure. They gave me protective shielding to cover my eye.

What I don't like about them is the wait is too long once you're at the appointment. It takes two hours and that's pretty standard. The quality of service is great. It felt like you're getting the best care. The staff was very friendly.

I saw Dr. Patel.  He told me I couldn't see with my left eye and needed cataract surgery.  Gave me no contact lens prescription. Did make an appointment with Dr. Woodcock.
I later visited the Duke Eye Center and got my prescription refilled.  I do have a cataract. But vision is correctable with contact lenses.

    Raynor, Dr. J. Eric
I was concerned because the exam seemed very  cursory.   It took about  1/2 hour total.  Dr. Raynor is kind and has a lot of experience.   This may be a good place to go after you have had a thorough exam from an ophthalmologist, but it should not substitute for it.  I had a problem developing in my eye related to my optic nerve that got missed.
Also- I was not able to leave with a copy of my prescription.  I was required to wait until my insurance was confirmed, which necessitated a wait.  I have never had this happen before.

Had an appointment with Dr. Patel for an eye exam for new glasses. Assistants who are not doctors gave the eye exam and Dr. Patel did a quick check at the end. Had to go back two more times and got a different presciption every time and was charged for a full eye exam every time. Finally gave up on them. They may be good for eye surgery, but they do not care about giving regular eye exams

I’m happy with him.   I am planning on getting some cataract work done but I haven’t done it yet. Ten years ago my regular eye doctor retired and then he came back.  When he came back he was in business with Dr. Geiger; he then retired again. I have no complaints; I haven’t had any bad experiences.  I’ll give him a B; I don’t give anyone an A.  Every time I’ve called it’s been a fairly short wait until I could get an appointment.  If he weren’t good, I wouldn’t have gone back to him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to a friend.

    Ciampa, Dr. Barbara J.
I really like her personality. She's very thorough. She's very knowledgeable because I had cataract surgery. She was in partnership with the doctor that did my cataract surgery. I followed up with her instead of him.
