We made an apt with an Highland Construction rep for this Friday, Nov 13, 2015 to review our home to access the job details. Over the phone we discussed all the work we needed done.  They also wanted us to agree to sign a contract (along with our home owners insurance) before they come to the estimate apt, which we agreed to do. Overall, poor experience. Bad project managing led to numerous frustrations. In short, management worked hard to fix the problems after they happened and very badly wanted to correct issues, but it does not remove the frustrations of the poor work the initial go round. Unfortunate experience, but I hear that this is not the norm for the company.

Long story, but flood rehabilitation on the house and a new roof, interior wall repair and painting.

My insurance covered most of it. They were fine. I didn't really have anything that was bad I knew of. They did what they were supposed to do. They were good. They were there when they said they would be.

We had some flood damage and they fixed it for us. They did my flooring and my tile work. They also put carpet in three bedrooms.

At first we had some issues, but then they made it right so it was pretty good. They did a pretty good job. It was a good experience. It was a little rough in the beginning, but towards the end they made everything alright. It was mostly communication issues. The contractors were not showing up on time. There was that one supervisor that made everything to our liking and they worked everything out...
