Excellent. Researched problem prior to arrival. Water heater parts not made any longer. Did customization to existing part. Very courteous and had a helper who was also courteous. Would recommend to do work at your home. Emailed me this evening to make sure everything was fine.

THBS technicians were absolute professionals from the beginning to the end. They took the time to explain each step in the process and answered all of my questions in very in-depth detail. I would definitely hire them again.

    Perma-Seal Basement Systems
I very rarely write a bad review but there was just too much that went wrong with my experience with Permaseal. Let me just say that the workers that came out and did the actual work were great. The were professional and courteous, no complaints there. I wish I could say the same about their management team. I got involved with this project in an effort to help my mom who's older and spanish speaking and I didn't want her to be taken advantage of. My first mistake was assuming that I can trust the individuals from this company whom I thought had a solid reputation in this kind of work. I met with Peter F. who did the initial inspection of my mom's basement while I was in town visiting her (I live in NC). To make this long story short, what he verbally explained to us what the end product was going look like didn't end up happening. He also assured us that we would be able to take advantage of their financing option which turned out wasn't true either. This is where I make my second mistake, I didn't make sure that they included what was verbally agreed upon in their proposal. I'll own up to that. In the end, they rescheduled my moms project multiple times without calling and asking her or myself first to see if that was ok. Apparently they must feel like people can just call off work with no problem. The end product did not look like what their sales person said it would look like. But the worst part of my experience was dealing with their managers in particular Mike T. I tried MULTIPLE times to reason with him and try to help him understand that what we got was not what was explained to us by their employee during the initial inspection and the only thing that he would refer back to is that the proposal stated that we would get product A and product B. My argument was that we've never physically seen product A but that it looked nothing like what his sales person said it would look like. So there was an obvious miscommunication between their sales person and us but he refused to accept that his employee could make such a mistake. He was unapologetic that there was a mix up and I often felt like he assumed that I was trying to pull a fast one on their company even after I told him that we didn't want that product and that they can just take it back. Eventually, after much pleading and waiting for over a week to hear back from him he agreed to remove and credit us half of product A. I'm still waiting for him to get back to me on a date of when they're going to take half of product A off. The job was "completed" last week Friday and they were very quick to call and ask for the remaining balance but I told them that we would pay for it as soon as I received an invoice that itemized all the charges, credits and deposits that were made since the project started. They emailed me the same day with an invoice that was generalized so I replied and asked for invoice that was specific line by line. They replied back with another invoice that still wasn't what I asked for. Before I got a chance to reply back they called my mom and collected from her instead. To me, that's shameless. I'm a manger myself and I would NEVER treat a customer the way that they treated us. I will NEVER use this company again nor will I ever recommend that anyone use this company.

Joel and his crew did an excellent job waterproofing our crawl space. He recommended and installed a Santa Fe Compact 2 dehumidifier which removed all excess humidity. Joel even came back to repair torn plastic sheeting done by another contractor. Joel has been out two times, and never charged additional fee for repairs. He is courteous, very professional and knowledgeable and explains situation to us. Nicolette

Excellent. This is a 2nd home. They did the work while we were away. They sent pictures along the way of the project. They came back 6 mos. later to check the work and check the humidity levels: unannounced. House smells so much better!

I received a coupon in the mail for this company for cleaning up the crawl space under the house. Well i checked out their website  And after reading what their company was about and all the info about the mold well i just had to get an estimate from them to see if i could afford it.Well the price the info the estimate the treatment from them was wow Awesome. I am glad i called.   The Gentleman that came out i believe was the owner and gave me a full explanation of the  reasoning behind the procedure. He made me feel like i was one of his friends very interested in my family health, and future problems if we did not get  it done ,that by doing it it would save my family money years later. The gentleman was a straight shooter did not try and give me a line. He wanted to get the job done as soon as he could for me and my family but as the family man i am i had to run the cost by my wife which was an awesome price. Then i was to call him back. well unfortunately something came up and i could not get it done.  Carolina Aire & Mold Solutions is a Company i will be doing business with as much as i can. Also with the cleaning and sealing of my crawlspace as soon as i get my house fund back up I will be calling them back to get it done.  I will give them ratings A's ,5's or 10 across the board which every people use for the rating system I can not express my Joy, happiness, and liking of this company. Will recommend them to anyone i know or don't know. Will use them again and again!!!!!!!! Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair
We used Southeast foundation to encapsulate the crawl space of our house.  We can not say enough good things about George (foreman) and Chris (owner), as well as all them team of people who worked on our house.  The crawl space looks fantastic!  Neat, clean and no more humid air.  Having them do this and install the foundation insulation will save us on our utility bills and the best part is there is a tax credit for installing this.  We recommend anyone considering fixing the humidity issues in a crawl space to contact them.  You will not be disappointed.
