    They do this about every 3 months. They charged too much. I'm cheap. I rated them a B because the one time I took my husband's car there, my husband is Navy and when he was at that school in Rhode Island he jumped a curb in the snow and ice. So he bent the rim, and a place up there fixed it. They used the tire sealant kind of stuff in there and when we took the car, when he came down here, he took it there to get an oil change or something done. They picked at the sealant so that it would start leaking again, so that we had to get a whole new rim.

    It took and hour or an hour and a half to complete the work. The workers that I came in contact with were good. Something that they could work on in the future is maybe get more people who can inspect the vehicles. When he is running late, you run late.

    I hate them. We went to buy a truck and one of my new neighbors, because we had just moved here, he's actually a sales person there and I went to see him to do it. My dad retired from General Motors, so we get the family discount. They were not cooperative with stuff. When I was looking at a truck that was on another lot they wanted to charge me $500.00 to go get it and bring it back. Which I am like, really that is kind of insane. The last time with did that we got charged, at a different dealership, like $150.00. Which is a bit more reasonable, especially since this is only an hour away. I didn't buy the truck from them, I walked out.

    We've dealt with him two or three times since we've moved here in the last year and a half. He's always been reasonable and he worked with me on some adjustments and things, ordering parts and stuff. He wasn't looking down at me like they sometimes do with the ladies. They were some good man. I think they didn't want to go have a brain in their heads and cam I look up something in my computer or if somebody who does know about it, they tell you, this is what you should expect. They charge by the parts and labor. What happened was the window lost the rubber and it wasn't properly. You have to push on it to close the window and they were supposed to replace the rubber and got the wrong part. Hind Accura didn't send the right thing so the window's just kind of stuck. He went through everything. They explained everything that was fixed. They did not cheat me on the expense of what they did for me. The prices are very reasonable. We haven't had any problems since we brought the car out. If something is wrong I think they make it right.

    TNT Window Tinting
    Curtis Markham ? 0 stars The biggest mistake I made was coming to TNT Tinting and spending my money.
    When I went to TNT I specifically asked for tint that would be legal in North Carolina and Rico at the front desk assured me that's what I was getting, so I let them tint my car and my girlfriends car.  
    HE LIED !!! The tint he put on our cars IS NOT LEGAL in North Carolina. 
    When I contacted TNT about the problem today the owner Thomas Boozel gave me two choices, they would either take the tint off for free and let me take the $ 378 loss, because that's what it cost me to tint two cars, or they would retint both cars with different tint for $50 each.
    I shouldn't have to pay them to fix their mistake !!
    Now my only way to recoup my loss is to take Mr. Boozel to small claims court and sue him, which I fully intend to do because I'm filling out paperwork right now.
    I advise anyone who reads this to THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH TNT Tinting because if there's a problem they will not stand behind their work unless you spend more money.

    I'm very happy with them. I have a salesman there that I have been friends with for 20 years and he used to work for a general motor and then he moved to Nissan. They change good, I'm happy with them. Their service prices are a little high if you're not in the warranty.

    The paint job turned out really well, but I can give it only a 9 out of 10 at best because of a few small round paint defects. I was a bit disappointed to see these since I expected a professional shop to know how to avoid them. In any case, the defects are small enough that I can live with them, and I would definitely return for my future painting needs.

    A+ customer service and very fair labor charges.  The manager here went totally to bat for me when my previous tires did not achieve the warranted mileage limit.  He recommended new tires, which I love, and happily gave me pro-rated credit for the old ones.  This location of Colony Tire is absolutely excellent.  Unfortunately, the location in Elizabeth City, NC, stinks.  I will never take another car there again unless it gets a new manager.

    They claimed each toyo tire costs $66, with the 4th free deal, replacing 4 tires we were expecting less than $ 200, however it ended up costing $309.
    Firstly I was called in because the mechanics were unable to unscrew the lug nuts, and they claimed it needed to be busted, which would add another $100 labor, ( as a matter of fact, my husband just put one temporatory tire on 2 days ago by HANDS with no problem), as i asked them to show me the problem, one worker took the power screw driver and unscrew all 4 lug nuts in less than 4 seconds!  There was NOTHING wrong with the lug nuts. They had to take back the extra fee. I was told no extra costs will be charged. However, when the job is done, and I was handed a bill of $300. Here are some fees they charged without my consent:
    1-----labor for replacing  4 tire, $60
    2---- replacement of 4 lug nuts----their excuses: threads are no good (which I later found out the threads are perfectly fine) $12
    3----clean studs- basically a few drops of WD-40, $10
    4----tire disposal fee, $2.5X4=$10 ( we actually left 3 tire there and took one old tire back home)
    The front desk guy was rude and was unwilling to give any explaination for the hidden fees but to rush me to check out.
    I also find out their other promotion BS, like  free tire rotation does not include mount &dismount from rim, free flat repair doesnot include balance, etc.
    Overall, Colony is blony and no way they will get my business again.
