    I brought in several landscape companies to review my problem with irrigation and to make recommendations. Rob Grubb and his company provided the easiest and most straight forward solution. He was very responsive and his solution took care of the problem. He did not try to oversell me on anything I did not need. His team came out in one day and 90% finished the project. I trust his expertise and knowledge. I would definitely use Accent on Landscape again for another project.

    1) First and foremost, they have failed to properly diagnose and rectify the leak in the irrigation line that runs parallel to the upward slope in our drive. Extensive tech notes attribute it either to a leaky sprinkler head or rain water accumulation. Without going into a lengthy description, suffice it to say that neither of these sources logically correspond to the phenomenon we observe -- a significant leak in our irrigation system that has now TWICE been misdiagnosed by Eco Irrigation. There is no leak when the system is turned off in the fall. 2) Overcharging - a) Their basic charge for a spring start-up is $165 for "up to 8 zones"; since we only have 4 zones this is a lot for turning on some water and adjusting a few sprinkler heads. b) Before the work was begun, we agreed that they would replace our modular timer with a Rainbird modular timer costing $149.50, but when the bill came we had been charged $237. They did revise the amount to the agreed upon sum once this was pointed out, but this discrepancy was particularly annoying since a timer with wifi compatibility (which ours is not) was only $12 more ($161.10) on the Rainbird website.

    We had outstanding experience with Hutchins. They were very responsive when we first contacted them, were straightforward and honest in explaining options, and then worked very hard to get the work done in a timely fashion. Jon Hutchins, the proprietor, worked closely with us and was great in helping us think through options. As an example, we had the option of a standard control pad where settings are done the usual way, or a more high-tech version where things can be controlled with an app and through the computer. Jon did not push one or the other, but rather talked us through the options. It was nice to know he was savvy with the latest electronics (we chose the high-tech version). I give this business very high ratings for responsiveness, quality of work, and integrity. I would use them again in an instant.

    Agape Lawn Company has been tremendous to work with, with the installation of a sprinkler system and new sod of an entire yard after sprinkler install! Brent was extremely responsive through the whole process along with his team of Sam, Mark, Jesus and anyone I may have missed. All of the crews that were involved with my project were extremely professional, prompt and meticulous. We would recommend to anyone that needed a sprinkler installed or new lawn to work with Agape. We have also decided to move our lawn service to them as well.

    We moved into a house with and existing irrigation system that we wanted to make sure didn't have any issues and how to use it. They responded immediately and were available the same week. Mac showed up on time and was very professional. He checked out the system, changed out the heads that needed to be and showed us how to use the system. They were absolutely great!

    Outstanding! When Hutchins begin work on my lawn, probably 90% of it was dead! (Fescue installed by builder in 90 degree heat prior to closing!, then wasn't watered and builder went out of business so no recourse there.) When Jon began doing our lawn we asked him to re-sod thinking that was our only option, but instead of taking advantage of that opportunity for himself he told us he thought he could bring the lawn back (which would save us a fortune!) if we installed a sprinkler system and gave him a few seasons to aerate/over seed/treat for weeds etc. We followed his plan and within a year the lawn looked amazing (and even within just a few months it looked 90% better!) and now it is one of the best lawns in the n'hood. Neighbors regularly stop and comment on how great it looks, asking what we do! In addition, his employees are always polite and friendly and do a great job- even doing the little extras like bringing the trashcans up from the street when I'm not home. Highly highly recommend Hutchins!

    It was a wonderful experience! Jon and his team did such an amazing job. They were on time and professional 100% of the time. Now ---if you want to get Jon's team on your project, contact him ASAP as they are very busy. But definitely worth the wait! I can't say enough good things about them. When the last work was completed I noticed that one of the pavers had a small chunk out of it. I told Jon and that next Monday his team arrived to replace it. I tried to attach pics of our beautiful space but wasn't able to do so 'cause they weren't in the right format.     Not well. After several failed attempts to contact them, only after finally launching a complaint on the Angie's List site did I get a call-back. I thought that was a good sign. He showed up the next day, and we spent 2 1/2 hours surveying the condition of the system. It became apparent to both of us that he would need to return on another day to do the job, once I was able to pick up some of the spare parts required. I promptly purchased all the necessary parts, and called him back immediately to set up another time for him to return. I have contacted him every day since Thursday, June 15, to try to arrange for him to return and complete the job, with no response. At this point, I am fed up with Landa's Landscaping, and no longer want to interact with them. I would simply ask for a refund of my $75 investment, as I will seek out another contractor to do the job.

    SUPER SERVICE AWARD???? What "Super Service"? What "Service" of any kind at all? I called the company last fall. After several phone calls, Brian Sloan came to my house and looked around. But I did not receive an estimate. Then, again after many more phone calls, he sent me a dollar figure by e-mail. But with no details or breakdown. Many more phone calls and e-mails from me requesting details were never answered. Phone voice messages and e-mails were never answered. I called again last week and left a message. No response. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
