    M.S.G Heating & Air
The guys that came out were great. Punctual, professional, and informative. Our A/C is about 13 years old and we weren't aware of the problems it was having. Other people had come out and just refilled the R22 (which is pricey to begin with). M.S.G. came out and showed me why we kept having to refill the coolant by showing me the rusting that happens to units over time. He gave us options and timeframes to meet out needs. The a/c unit was leaking coolant more rapidly than we thought so instead of throwing money away on that we got a quote on a replacement. The unit we got was a much better SEER rating and the guys installed it within 24 hrs. I saw the reviews on this company and figured there was no way they could live up to those. I was never so glad to be wrong. These guys are great and I referred them to my neighbors who also have aging units. I have another unit that is going to need to be replaced and I'm glad I already know who I'm going to call.

Full Circle Remodeling & Hvac LLC.
My search for a knowledgeable, reliable, and reasonable HVAC company is finally over. Travis with Full Circle is awesome. He knows what hes doing, there is no guessing with him. He calculated what I needed, gave me a fair price, and delivered on his promises without cutting any corners. Hes a Trane dealer so you know youre getting the industries best equipment and at a reasonable price point compared to all these huge companies where you never know what crew will show up. All of his test equipment is the latest and greatest so you can be sure that when hes done, your system will be running at its optimum performance. If you need HVAC work, dont hesitate to call him. Itll be a great decision! It certainly was for me. A++ Travis. Thank you!!

    Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning
Wow, this was my first time using Hometowne Heating And Air Conditioning and Im very impressed. I called in a panic because Im going on vacation soon and I didnt want my pets to be without heat while I was gone. Patrick listened to my issue and explained what he thought it was. He kept in touch with me off and on all day so he could fit me in between his other clients. It was pouring down rain that day and he still went by to make sure I had heat. He called back afterward to say that he would come back by another day when it wasnt raining to ensure that he cleaned everything off since he was affected by the rain and low light. I'm so impressed with the level of customer service they provided. Great service is hard to find so I will definitely be using Hometowne Heating And Air Conditioning again!

    Carolina Comfort Air Inc
My experience with Carolina Comfort Air started in September of 2018. Both of our HVAC systems were over 15 years old, constantly in need of repair, and highly inefficient. I solicited quotes from 5 different companies of various brands and size. Justin contacted me quickly to schedule an inspection, as I saw their mailings and good reviews online. Justin was very knowledgeable from the start and happened to arrive while the warranty contractor was performing a repair (also a reputable company). Justin is the only one who crawled under the house to map the duct work, and while doing so, found that a secondary line was detached from the junction box (blowing cold air into the crawlspace). The warranty contractor was able to repair this onsite once it was identified. Justin provided a reasonable assessment and proposal on a 15-SEER package unit and 16-SEER split gas unit. After review of the pricing and brand options from all contractors, I kept coming back to Justin's technical knowledge when describing his recommendations to me and my confidence in his thoroughness. As an engineer, I appreciate this level of detail and felt I would be working with a company who gets it right. In addition, CCA was the second most competitive pricing option (only beaten by a couple hundred dollars) with apples to apples comparison. I went back and forth with Justin on various options, high-efficient models, etc., but given our house's age, came back to his original recommendation. He could have recommended higher SEER models, like other contractors did, but recommended what he thought was right for my house. I could not have been more RIGHT in my initial feeling of Justin and CCA. We were able to execute the contract and schedule installation within 2 weeks. Justin was able to schedule two crews to complete both systems on the same day, and the team lead Jordan was fantastic and on time. They were able to get right to work and put plastic down on the upstairs carpet (took them like 20+ min to do) and put drop cloth down on the floor. I was very impressed the time they took to ensure cleanliness and protection of our home. Additionally, we had just painted the walls in the hallway, and they did not even make a scratch (I looked!). We had a minor issue regarding placement of the outdoor units, but Justin arrived within an hour of hearing about the issue and was able to drive to the town hall and resolve it with the appropriate department. Talk about responsiveness and dedication to making it right for the customer! The team completed the installation around 4pm, and I had two working systems before the weekend. Jordan gave me a quick run-through of the new smart thermostats, and Justin came by later on after 530pm and stayed for over an hour, past 630pm on a Friday, inspecting the work and tweaking thermostat settings to make sure I had the most optimized system possible. If this isn't going above and beyond, I do not know what is. The system then passed the town inspection and Duke Energy rebate audit with flying colors. The inspectors commented on how high-quality of an install it was. CCA filed all of the Duke rebates on my behalf and sent me the tracking information. Duke had an issue with their system, and I did not receive the duct sealing rebate for the systems. Justin and Shannon with CCA worked with their Duke contact to fix/update in the system, and I received the rebates a few weeks later. With so much volume, they certainly can make things happen. However, CCA does not sacrifice quality with their volume. About a week after install, I had their service team out to adjust the split unit blower motor that was set to the default too-high of a speed for my existing duct work, something you don't always realize until the system has a chance to run and get settled. Bill was also fantastic and was able to diagnose and adjust the setting to the right speed to eliminate the whining noise. Brian and an installation supervisor stopped by earlier that day to take a look as well; again, the commitment to customer satisfaction us unmatched. Last month, Brooks was also fantastic when the heating system was inspected and he was able to tweak the gas output to the optimal setting. All was complimentary and response time was next day! Of all the fantastic service I received, and the personal attention and responsivness from Justin, every CCA employee I had the pleasure of interacting with in my home said, in various ways, that CCA will always do what they need to in order to make it right for the customer. "They'll make it right" is not something you hear unanimously from employees about their employer all the time, and I think is indicative of the type of top-notch ship CCA is sailing. Happy employees result in happy customers (and quality work), and I could not be happier with my choice to partner with CCA for this large investment. I have confidence that any issue I have will be dealt with quickly and with care, and that they will do what is right. If you are in need of replacement or repair, I could not recommend Justin more and would give my highest recommendation to Justin and Carolina Comfort Air!

    Air Experts Heating & Cooling
The maintenance was performed on heating unit. After the technician was done, my heat temperature was off on both upstairs and downstairs units. A technician came back out and found that a zone damper motor needed to be replaced. I was quoted $400 but when the tech finished I was charged $497.64. I was charged the diagnostic fee of $80 on top of the damper cost. Before this maintenance my heating was working fine so I seriously question their work. Very disappointed.

    Rapid Repair Experts
I could not be happier with the results. The technicians showed up as scheduled and had the entire project done in less than 7 hours. There was 8 trucks outside of my house with an army of technicians working inside and outside of the house. It was truly impressive. The work included installation of a new heat pump, pad, supply lines, air handler, plenum, dampers, circuit breaker, and digital thermostat. I also had 2 of the air returns modified/moved. It has been 3 months since installation and everything works as it should, and my electric bill has definitely dropped due to the more efficient system. 2 things to note: 1. I am still waiting on the inspection. 2. A month after installation, the AC stopped working. A tech was out within 24 hours and resolved the issue. Apparently, the installers had left a small portion of the original drain pipe but had not cleared it properly, so the system flooded which activated an automatic shut-off mechanism. The tech had it fixed within 20 minutes and was very apologetic about the whole thing. I have not had a problem since.

Crew was on time and work efficiently. A member of the crew was assigned to explain how to operated the system. He was thorough and made sure all questions were answered and said to call in if I had questions at a later time. Very satisfied

    Carolina Comfort Air Inc
After being in my home only a year or so, my outside coil needed replacing. Then just a few days ago, my inside TXV and coil went haywire. I was told it needed replaced. So both coils will be replaced in under 5 years. First I was given an estimate of over $1750! Then it was reduced to $800 and finally $600 and some change. The problem seems to be these units are poor quality and may be undersized for the homes. Several neighbors have had similar issues. Many thousands of dollars in costs to families with poor HVAC systems. My unit struggles to keep temp under 76 degrees in summer months. Very frustrating!

    ComfortMax Heating & Cooling
I bought a brand new house and noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly. The fan would come on, but no cooling and the outside unit did not seem to come on. I called Comfortmax this morning and within 2 hours, Benny showed up to diagnose and repair. He is exceptionally thorough and immediately informed me that there was a leak as there was absolutely no refrigerant in the system. He spent quite a while looking for the leak and finally found it in an area he suspected from the beginning; he wouldn't start the repair without knowing 100% that he had found the leak. He then put a vacuum on the system and refilled with refrigerant. What a pleasant experience and our house is cool once more. Benny is absolutely amazing and I would recommend Comfortmax to anyone in need of repair or a new system.

    Bell Cow Heating and Cooling
It was through my home warranty so I can't recall the price. To get a better overall grade from me they could have done stuff right the first time. Regarding the workers I came in contact with I had everything from A with one group to an F with another group; The Fayetteville team was horrible; the Raleigh team was really good.
