They did a terrific job, we are very pleased with the work they did. The technician was also friendly and professional. I would definitely hire ProGreen Carpet again in the future.

    Excellent results. I had just bought a 20 year old house and the carpet needed some freshening before I moved in. The house was empty of all furniture so the job was fairly straight forward, but it was done efficiently and effectively. The carpet was left immaculately clean and had a fresh clean scent. They even cleaned a couple of pieces of scrap carpet I had upon request and at no extra charge.

    All furniture was removed from the rooms with carpet because we had already moved out and living in our new home. The cleaners were about 2 hrs later than I was told but did finally call. Told me they would take care of everything and have the carpets looking great. A couple of days later I vacuumed the carpets one last time and basically filled the vacuum with dust from the carpets like they had never been cleaned. I picked up a thumb tack, bobby pins and other small items that I assumed would have been picked up during the carpet cleaning. I did not stay at the house during the cleaning but the carpets looked cleaned.

    AA Carpet Cleaning & Handyman Service
    They steam cleaned the carpet.  But I was a little disappointed as they said if there were any stains, they couldn't get them out.  You know they advertised they get out stains, but then when they get here, they say they can't.  The carpet looked and smelled good when he finished.  The price was right but I can't remember the exact cost. There was an extra charge for steps because the deal didn't include them doing my steps. I don't think I will use them again because they can't get spots out.

    Awesome! I purchased an Angie's List Deal for four rooms of carpet cleaning and protection. The owner promptly called on the day of the purchase, put me on the calendar and service arrived on schedule. My carpets are 20 years old and I have delayed cleaning a bit longer than I should have because I was thinking it's time to replace it. I am glad I decided to let Phoenix clean them instead.     Two technicians arrived as scheduled, reviewed the requirements, and explained what they were going to do. They cleaned the carpets and explained what additional services they offered for deep cleaning our oriental rug. We declined the offer and they completed the scheduled cleaning. They reviewed their work with us, answered any questions we had, cleaned up, and left. The carpets looked great (we have two dogs) and we will probably use them again.

    Excellent experience from start to finish. After booking the job on Angie's List I received, almost immediately, a confirmation message from A1, as well as immediate responses to my emails back to them. On Friday I received a phone call confirming the appointment for Monday and an estimated time of arrival. Om Monday morning we received a phone call from Miguel telling us when he would arrive, and he was well within the time frame quoted on Friday. Miguel Immediately looked at the rooms to be cleaned and went to work. He explained the process he was using and the fact that as it was a Dry Cleaner we could immediately walk on the carpet. No waiting for it to dry. Miguel wasted no time in completing the project, taking less than 90 minutes from start to finish. Miguel was upbeat, friendly and very professional. He delivered on what he promised to do. The carpets were clean and left smelling good. On a personal note Miguel and I both lived in Miami for 12 years, though not at the same time, but we did find some common ground for talk, and as i was stationed in NJ with the Army, we also found common ground there as he was born in NJ. All that aside I was extremely pleased with my experience with A1 Dry Carpet Cleaning plan to use them again and highly recommend this company to others.

    I was very happy with A1 Dry Carpet Cleaning.  Miguel Polo, the owner, arrived on time and was extremely friendly.  He offered advice for some stains on my chairs and cleaned them being careful not to damage the fabric.  I felt that the price of the work was reasonable for what was done.  I would enthusiastically recommend A1, and I plan to hire this company in the future.

    Encore Carpet Care
    My wife and I recently hired Encore to come to our home and clean our living room carpet. For a little background, my wife and I recently rented a carpet cleaner from a big box store and attempted to clean our living room carpet. This left long black streaks in our carpet that we assumed was from dirty water coming out of the sides of the cleaner or from the wheels of the cleaner.
    We called Encore Carpet Care to clean our carpets and hopefully get the black streaks out; however, admittedly, we did not mention the black streaks to Encore. The company was accommodating in that we called them and asked them to come over and clean our carpets the same day and they obliged. The technician arrived and was very pleasant, spending approximately 20 minutes in our home, half of which was him setting up and disassembling his equipment. When the technician was finished, he mentioned that he was unable to get the "high traffic areas" completely clean and asked me what the black streaks were in my carpet. When I told him what my thoughts were, he jokingly stated, "You should have called us first." I, then, proceeded to pay the technician and he left my home. The carpet was cleaner that it was previously but the black streaks remained.
    My wife was upset that the black streaks were still in the carpet and decided to rent another carpet cleaner in an attempt to get the streaks out herself. After one pass of the rental cleaner, she noticed that the water in the recovery tank was extremely dirty. My wife then e-mailed the owner of the company, Mike Irelan, about the black streaks in the carpet and included a picture of the dirty water from the rental cleaner. Mike, to his credit called my phone right away and asked to speak to my wife. As I was not with my wife, I called and told her that someone had called for her and she immediately called him back. According to my wife, Mike then went into a rant about how he'd been in business for 20 years and proceeded to explain the cause of the black streaks in the carpet. Mike then told my wife that the technician had offered a "premium service" for an extra $10 in order to get the black streaks out. My wife, not being home at the time the technician was there, then told Mike that she would call me to confirm his statement.
    My wife called me and told me about her conversation with Mike and asked about the "premium package". I told my wife that if it had, in fact, been offered, I would have accepted as the black streaks were the sole reason for hiring a carpet cleaning service. I then called Mike myself and, to say the least, he was less than receptive. After telling him who I was, Mike immediately began yelling about how long he had been in business and what had caused the streaks in the carpet. I had to cut Mike off as this was not my primary reason for calling which seemed to make him even angrier. I told him that I had not been offered the "premium package" by the technician and Mike proceeded to berate me about how my wife and I were telling two different stories and that we were "liars". After a few more minutes of arguing with Mike, he asked me what I wanted. I told him that I wanted my money back for the poor cleaning and he told me that he was going to hang up and proceeded to do so.
    We have not heard back from Mike or anyone else from Encore Carpet Care but I did research the company and in doing so I found that the website states the company has a guarantee.
    "Encore Carpet Care offers a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not completely thrilled with the service experience you receive from our company, we will return with no charge and no obligation to correct the situation. If you are still unimpressed, you owe us nothing, and we will issue a 100% refund."
    That being said, I do not feel it is safe to allow anyone from Encore into my home due to the intimidating and even threatening nature of our correspondence with Mr. Irelan.
