They wound up ignoring me, so no work was performed. The only thing I got was a rough estimate for the proposed work, which was $20,000.
R&R Irrigation and Landscaping was recommended to me by a representative from another company that I do business with. I reached out to them about a week after the recommendation for a large irrigation and landscaping job at a residential property. They scheduled an appointment with me for an evaluation. They canceled the appointment and asked to reschedule the following day. That was perfectly fine. I met with the representative for about an hour and discussed my project the following day. The representative took a copy of my home survey, gave me their cell number, and I was left feeling that this project would go well. That's when things really took a nosedive. I called the representative about 4 days later to get an update on the status of a proposal for work. They never returned my call. I called the main office multiple times and the representative's mobile number and left messages asking for a return call. I finally received a call from the representative a week later, but they called my office line after hours at night and I missed the call. So, I called the representative the following day asking them to return my call at my mobile number and they never called me. I don't like to be ignored, and I am sure you won't either. Thus, I suggest using another landscaping company for your project needs. My project was at minimum $20,000 dollars, and I couldn't get a response. I wish they would have just told me they didn't have time for me, or that they didn't want my money. That's just being courteous.
