Paul Kotouch painted our entire hallway downstairs, up the stairs and upstairs and our two-story family room. He bought the paint too.

Paul did a great job! He finished early and left no mess. We even had some touch up work we needed done after furniture was moved in and he came and did it for free. He has also come and fixed a wall after we had a minor water leak. Great responsiveness and good quotes.

PAINTING TWO COATS ON ALL INTERIOR WALLS, CEILINGS, VANITIES, EXCEPT KITCHEN, INCLUDING TRIM; CAULK, SAND, PATCH AND PRIME AS NEEDED

DID NOT DO TWO COATS ON EVERYTHING AS PROMISED IN THE CONTRACT AND MISSED PLACES TOTALLY. CLOSET AND ROOM DOORS DO NOT CLOSE PROPERLY AND STUCK AT TOP PULLING OFF PAINT SPOTS AND FUZZ BALLS ON SOME DOORS UPSTAIRS FROM THE ROLLER BRUSH. BROKE HOOKS THAT HELD UP THE VALANCES OVER MY WOOD BLINDS IN BEDROOM AND GOT ANGRY WHEN ASKED TO REPLACE THEM. DID NOT CAULK, SAND, PATCH, AND PRIME AS PROMISED IN THE CONTRACT. JERKED AN OUTLET CORD HOLDER OFF WALL AND DID NOT PATCH THE AREA, JUST PAINTED OVER IT. WHEN ASKED TO LEAVE A LITTLE PAINT FOR TOUCH-UP HE PROCEEDS TO SET TWO EMPTY BUCKETS OF PAINT IN LIVING ROOM FLOOR AND WALKS OUT. HE SHOUTED AND TALKED OVER ME WHEN I WAS TRYING TO TELL HIM ABOUT THE THINGS I THOUGHT SHOULD BE CORRECTED. HE NEVER COMPLETED THE JOB TO SATISFACTION. HE HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND TEMPER. HE IS ARROGANT AND DOES NOT LIKE CRITICISM OF HIS PAINTERS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR ANYTHING.
