My daughter had a bad sinus infection and we usually see a different doctor but she wasn't working that day so we saw Dr. Cleveland. He was really nice and seems very knowledgeable.

He always walks in and shakes my daughter's hand and talks to her. When he is looking in her ears to check them he always makes a sound of a bird and jokes with her and then in the other ear a sound of a cat. Surprisingly at 5yrs old she is extremely cooperative and she doesn't ever seem to mind going to see him. He always explains what he is going to do and why and is not quick to hand out prescriptions if not neccessary. I would reccommend him as a pediatric primary care physician.

my daughter had an ear infection

my daughter needed to get in ASAP because of pain in her ear and Charlotte Pediatrics - Dr Spell's office took her right in and diagnosed the problem and prescribed an antibiotic

The last time I went there it was for a one year check up for my daughter.

I see Dr. Alderman there. She is very knowledgeable. She gives great recommendations. She knows a lot of good home remedies. The nurses and staff are excellent. The staff decorates the office for holidays. They are bi-lingual.

Dr. James Alderman is the pediatrician I take both my kids to.

He is amazing and I love him. He takes his time to talk to you about everything, is very thorough and he genuinely cares about the children. He talks to you about things that are not even medically related and makes sure he gets to know the kids as well. Both my kids are young go to him with ease. The whole practice is good and when you have an emergency there is always someone there to tend to you. Every one in his office is very professional and it's more like a family atmosphere there. You don't feel rushed at all.

Dr. James F Alderman is a pediatrician and we have been seeing him for 10 years.

He is very calming to the child. He is an older physician and has lot of experience. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything that is happening with the child to the parents.
