Buddy, the owner of A.C. Lynn homes met with us to review the ins and outs of building a custom home (something we've never done before).  He provided us with recommendations of realtors, area's he felt would suit our needs and so much more.  He answered every single question we've ever asked him (and those could add up!), same day and many times on his own time in the evenings.  Buddy takes enormous pride in what he does and we're very excited to have him build our new home soon.  His expertise and up front information regarding specific types of property helped us make the best decision for us and we're happy to say we found a parcel of land that is perfect for our needs.

Buddy, at AC Lynn Homes, recently completed the interior upfit of our newest Jimmy John's location in Concord, NC.  Buddy was involved from the initial site survey and architectural drawing reviews to the completion of the project.  He coordinated everything including underslab plumbing and electrical, HVAC distribution, framing, plumbing and electrical rough-ins, drywall, painting, plumbing and electrical trim, cabinetry installation, floor and wall tile installation and the 100's of details that went into completing our beautiful restaurant.  From our dining room to our kitchen, bathrooms and back of house, Buddy provided A++ service and it shows!

While we would have gladly had Buddy build us a custom home, our decision to build/buy was based more on the specific neighborhood, and this particular neighborhood was owned by a national developer and thus we had to use them to construct the house.  That said, Buddy was very helpful to us throughout our construction process in 2008/09 providing valuable advice and feedback increasing our comfort level with the final product.  More specifically, he did the following: - He personally performed a series of inspections during the completion of the project which included foundation, framing, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, interior and exterior finish materials and landscaping. - He met with the Builder’s Superintendent on two occasions to collaborate on the inspections and the completion of the work. - He formulated a detailed final punch list for the Builder to complete prior to closing.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
A fully finished basement which included a large bedroom, media room, full bathroom, and very large kids playroom.  We had part of it roughed in for a kitchen as well, making it easy to add later.  The trim and finish match the upstairs and it looks as if the builder had done it originally.
