The roof is the original to the house and only ~15 years old (Nick had not done the original installation). About five years ago Nick and his crew addressed an issue with the original installation methodology and their fix has been solid to date. Everything went very well. Roofers showed up on time, installed our new roof, and cleaned everything up. I did ask them to come back out and blow out our gutters again. They came out the same day and did this. Price was fair, and there were no hidden costs at the end. I highly recommend them.

We had a leak in our roof, just a couple days from a stormfront. We called A&W and spoke to Monica, who dispatched Tim Ames to help us. Tim got here promptly and fixed the problem (some loose nails and dried up caulking) quickly and professionally. Had Tim come out & look at roof months ago for source of a leak in attic. Called A&W again today, 1/6/2020, to talk about another leak & repairing roof. No show at 10 am. Called office, said he would be here at 2 pm. No show again. Unprofessional & obviously unreliable. Will not recommend company to anyone.
