    Tommy Crittenton Appliance Repair LLC
They were very quick in responding and came within 24 hours. The man was super talented and experienced. He knew the solution right away and had the parts on his truck. He also explained the problem. I would highly recommend this outfit to everyone.

Bud Matthews Service & Building Co Inc
Repairman efficiently determined the was a broken part that was making the noise. He had one in his truck. He showed me the broken part and how it functions in the dryer. He then showed mw the new part and installed it. Everything finished in a half hour. Repairman was polite, professional , and knowledgable.

I called the morning after our 10 year old refrigerator stopped working. Henrietta, with whom I spoke on the telephone, was able to send out Luis by 3 PM as he had had a cancellation. She was very clear about the cost. There was no additional cost for last-minute scheduling but it did cost $100 ( normally $125 but since I obtained their number through Angies list there was a $25 discount). A fuse in the circuitboard was defective and Luis was able to work out a temporary fix. He was polite and helpful. He showed me where the problem was and even taught me what to do if it stopped working again. Paul called me the next day with an estimate for replacing the circuit board; however the temporary fix had not continued to work so he was concerned that there was an additional underlying problem and I ended up deciding to replace the refrigerator. Paul then spent some time time talking to me on the telephone about what to consider in buying a new refrigerator, advice that was extremely helpful.

Raymel was very professional, friendly and able to get the job done efficiently. I will definitely have him do future work. The unit I have is smaller than normal, so he needed to run to Lowe's to get the appropriately sized duct. He was very quick and I have full confidence in his work.

    Laha's Appliance Repair LLC
The Laha technician said that the motherboard needed to be replaced. I requested he order the part despite his warning that the refrigerator was already old and might need to be replaced soon. He installed a new motherboard and fridge is still going great 2.5 years later.

    Wright Appliance Repair
We purchased a home in July of 2018 and previous owners paid Wright Appliance to fix a broken stove burner. This included getting new part and installation. The business apparently ordered the part and then nothing happened for months. Each time I called they gave me another "story" about how this part is so hard to get and takes a long time. I also involved the listing company who worked with the sellers. They kept calling and putting pressure on them as well for months. By November of 2018 Wrights appliance finally contacted the listing office to tell them that the part arrived in October but that they couldn't get in touch with anybody. This is a blatant lie as both myself and the listing company spoke to them on numerous occasions. However, Wright Appliance told us that because of this all they are willing to do is just drop the part off. The owner of the business is not only dishonest but also terribly rude. He yelled at me and the listing agent's office over the phone as well as hang up on us. At this point it is clear to me that they never intended to fix the burner. They got paid ahead of making the repair and figured they could keep the money without much effort. By December 3rd 2018 they dropped off the part at the house we purchased. We have no way of knowing if this is even the right part or if it will fix the burner. Which now leaves us stuck with having to pay someone else to install it the part. This is a dishonest and corrupt business that scams it's customers out of money.

    T&C Appliance Repair/ HVAC
I have used this company once before for an appliance repair. Both times, an appointment was made quickly, I was notified of when technician would arrive on the day of service, and technician was on time and courteous. For this latest service, two visits were required. On the first problem was quickly identified and cost revealed. A part was needed and came in exactly when expected. Part was installed on the second day and, once again, I was notified of arrival time and technician arrived on schedule.

It went SO well. They kept up with our schedule, even working all day on Saturday and returning on Sunday (!) to finish the task. Even though the drywall and painting tasks were in the garage, the crew took the time and care they would on the interior of the house. Hardworking and super accommodating. Kimberley (from the office) even tracked me down Saturday evening while we were out to ensure it would be completed. Love this company! They do it all!

    Wright Appliance Repair
It went well! He came back a second time, and although the cost of repairs would have almost exceeded the cost of a new dryer, he made a recommendation to extend the life of the dryer. He didnt have to tell me his recommendation for keeping the dryer alive, but he did.

The dryer had been squeaking loudly for several weeks when I called Bud Matthews. An appointment was set and two gentlemen showed up on time to take it apart. It needed a second appointment at which they installed a new switch. I thought they were among the most professional outfit I've dealt with in Chapel Hill. I would certainly call them again.
