"Hideyo comes and spends time with our baby dog
during the week. She takes him to go potty, plays with him gives him water, etc.. I must" say that Hideyo is very knowledgeable about pets. We were thinking of getting
's teeth cleaned (he has some kidney issues). She made us think twice about getting his teeth cleaned. My husband and I started researching about it and found out that it is not safe to have your dog be under anesthesia when they have kidney issues. If it wasn't for her we may of lost our
today. I am so happy that we found her. She really cares about pets!!!

"We have been very impressed from the start.
has been very forthcoming with details of their services and what to expect. Scheduling is very" easy on their website. They are very responsive via email and via the Pet Concierge phone number in my experience. We can text the Pet Concierge number for car service (they can come outside to your car to meet you when you are dropping off/picking up your pup), as well as when we wanted to check in on our dog (especially when he first started). I also find the pricing to be quite reasonable in comparison to some other quotes I received (and our pup would not be receiving as much one-on-one care from some of those places either). Both
and
have been excellent with our puppy. When we get him ready for daycare, he gets excited to get into the car for his "school". He runs right in when we arrive and seems very happy to be there. He's very tired by the end of the day and enjoys playtime with the other puppies and dogs at the daycare.
is very careful as far as which puppies are allowed to play with whom. Our pup has one go-to friend but
has been working to get him acquainted with other dogs there as well. The facility is very clean and nice. There is plenty of room for the dogs to move around and play inside, as well as a nice securely fenced-in yard outside. Even during this awful winter, the dogs were able to have a lot of fun and play outside (for limited time periods on days when it's been cold). We were able to see a cute video of our pup playing with his new friend, posted on their Faecbook page! I am very happy we decided to use the Pet Concierge and would recommend them to anyone I know.

Excellent! She sent text messages telling me how things were going - greatly appreciated!
Approximate cost of service is per visit - well worth my peace of mind :).
There really wasn't much to do - they're fish.
Our initial meeting went well. I found

I have used her for ever. She comes to my house. She will, depending on what it is I need to have done, clean the litter box since it is a cat, or she will take them for a walk or she will play with them or whatever. The price is for a 45-minute visit.

I wrote the previous review of Brookly and
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
and
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
but wanted to set the record straight now. We have used Brooklyn frequently for dog sitting for about 6 months. We usually booked for long weekends only. We planned an 8 day vacation in February and contracted with Brooklyn for 3 visits per day. Her website and FB page both say these visits will be 30 min each. We also asked that she use our alarm system since this was a long trip. The alarm system monitors, to the second, arming and disarming. We were very disappointed by what this monitoring revealed. She was hired from evening of 2/11 to morning of 2/19 and these are the details of her visits. On 2/12, my geriatric (10 and 12 years old) dogs were left alone overnight for more than 12 hours, which I had specifically asked her not to do. Her second visit that day was 3 minutes long. On 2/13 she came only TWICE (I paid 3 visits daily). On her second visit and last visit of the day, she spent ONLY 3 minutes to allegedly feed, replenish water, and potty the dogs. On 2/14 the dogs were again left alone overnight for more than 12 hours. On 2/15 the dogs were again left alone for more than 12 hours (Almost 14 hours) overnight and again she came only TWICE (I paid for 3 visits daily). At this point I was pretty stressed while on vacation. I sent her a text in the afternoon of 2/15 asking how the house temperature was (we had remotely turned it up) and she said fine—but I knew she didn’t actually go in the afternoon based on the alarm events calendar. She lied. At this time I took the opportunity to again remind her that the dogs should not be left alone more than 12 hours. I then called my parents, who live 1.5 hours away, and they drove up in bad weather the next day to take over watching the dogs. I let Brooklyn know there was a change of plans and they were coming into town. I did not let her know the reason for this, as she still had our house key, garage code, and alarm key fob. She reimbursed us $100 of the $260 we had paid. (We had given her a $20 tip) Once we were home, I asked Brooklyn to meet with us. She was unable to fit a face to face meeting into her calendar, so I let her know of my dissatisfaction via text. I wanted to meet in person to give her the opportunity to apologize and to justify her actions. She admitted via text that she works another job and was unable to “hold up her end of the bargain.” However, she allegedly has someone to fill in when she is unable, so this excuse is really unacceptable. Brooklyn made a serious error in judgment and we will not be hiring her again. She also essentially stole money as she was paid, and tipped, to complete 3 visits daily. I hope that she is able to learn from this experience and will choose not to neglect anyone’s pet or pets again. It is completely deplorable to neglect animals and we did not find her trustworthy. Brooklyn “worked” a total of 73 minutes over a 4 day period, which makes her payment rate $131/hr and means my dogs got less than 20 minutes of her attention for the entire day. Always, I have peace of mind when
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
is in charge. My dogs are well cared-for, happy, healthy, and content. The pet provider always leaves a paragraph after each visit detailing how the dogs are feeling, getting along, etc. On more than one occasion they have brought to my attention that a particular dog on a particular visit may have been 'off' that day. I count on them to keep me informed. When I am traveling, they provide multiple visits each day and will even spend the night if needed. They help with additional tasks also such as taking garbage cans in and out, etc., bringing in newspapers, etc. They clean up poop each visit, give treats, tummy rubs, toss fetch balls, etc. Their presence in my home is actually the same as having a family member here for my pets. My dogs love them and so do I!

I think of Camp
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
as a Boutique Boarding service. I checked and it is the ONLY NC State Licensed Home Boarding Facility in Chapel Hill or Carrboro.
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
keeps it exclusively for dogs who are well socialized, very gentle, and crate trained. My very loved dog Dutch is older and has serious health issues as many older dogs do. Many of
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
' doggie guests are repeaters, and the dogs do spend much of the day together with their friends including
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
's two small doge. So, for me Dutch is not just a happy camper, but he has become an honorary camp counselor!
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
periodically sends me photos and updates. They help me know he is enjoying his stay while I am enjoying traveling.

I have full trust in
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
. More than once she has gone to my home to collect supplies when my trip was extended. She is on Dutch's record at his vet so I know she can take him in for treatment if needed.

I recommend

to everyone.

I am very happy with
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
and plan to use them again soon.
I recently moved to VA and have two kitties that do not like change and take quite a while to warm up to new things, especially people. They were stressed out by the move, the unfamiliar apartment and all the boxes everywhere. Hiding under the bed or under the covers was their standard activity almost immediately. I had to travel on business the second week I was in the new apartment. I knew that having a stranger in the apartment was not going to help the situation, but I didn't want to leave them alone to fend for themselves for that length of time. I stressed to Sondi and to
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
that I really wanted to have someone who would focus on getting the cats comfortable with them so help ease the stressful situation. I also let
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
know that the cats would likely be hiding whenever he arrived. When he came to meet them initially, they were under the bed and didn't want anything to do with him or the
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
feather.
I received text messages from
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
throughout my time away and was pleased to hear that one of the cats came out from hiding and actually ate some food in his presence. I see that as great progress. I came back to a clean apartment and didn't feel like we added to their stresses. Since I've been back, they are doing just fine and, though still adjusting, I am glad to have
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
to support them through this transition.
They haven't taken to playing with the
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
features, although one appears to like nibbling it...so that's a plus. :) As I type this, both cats are lounging on the top of the back of the couch perfectly content in their new environment.

It went wonderfully!
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
spent a good deal of time giving care and attention to our pets each day that we were gone.
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
stayed and spent time playing with and loving on our babies, she played games with them, talked with them, even managed to get our very shy kitty to warm up to her. She also took detailed notes each day about their behaviors, temperaments, how they greeted her, how much/whether they ate. She's also sent photos of them to us, via text or email, which is SO nice. We hate leaving our pets at all, so to get photos and texts from
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
letting us know how they are in real-time puts our minds so, so at ease.
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
is extremley profesional, and well versed not only in pet care, but in various resources about pet care nationally and in our area. But make no mistake, while she's professional, she's also incredibly friendly, both with our human family members, and our animal family members. She always asks how how we and our children are doing, and I know she's sincere. Her taking care of our pets is, in a way, her taking care of us, and for that, I can't thank her enough! I highly, highly recommend
Cary Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
as a pet-sitter. You won't be disappointed!
