  • His office and staff are excellent. Totally trust them to provide the best advice and care. I travel quite a distance just so I can go to Dr. MacLeod. Friends go to him as well and are equally pleased.

  • He's a good dentist and treated my whole family well over the years. I typically wait 10 minutes to be seen when I arrive. If I arrive on time, I can usually get right in. He's also pretty direct. They have one gal at the front desk who does everything and she's very accurate.

  • Pros:
    1. The facilities were nice, the offices well lit and clean.
    2. The doctor and his nurse had good bedside manners.
    3. The equipment appeared to be state of the art.
    1. I was the only patient in the entire office at my appointment time and had to wait 30 minutes past the appointment time before seeing the doctor.
    2. I was informed by both the receptionist and the the individual handling billing that unless I provided them my social security number they would refuse to file my bill with my insurance provider.
    3. The staff member making appointments was not pleasant to deal with.
    Bottom line =and gt;
    North Carolina law states that you are NOT required to give your social security number to a medical provider in order to receive service. Even though Dr. Hum's office had my insurance provider information, policy number my personal insurance identifier, they refused to file my bill with the insurance carrier unless I gave them my social security number. That coupled with the lack of congeniality on the part of the staff scheduling appointments means I will taking my business elsewhere and will convey my experience to the dentist who referred me to him.

  • My 10-year-old needed to have some extractions done before getting braces, and our orthodontist referred us to Dr. Camp. I was not only very pleased with the outcome, but also with how easy Dr. Camp made this process for my son, who was extremely frightened about the idea of the anesthesia and needle, not to mention the teeth-pulling. Dr. Camp has such a kind, seasoned, trust-inspiring manner and is so masterful at the mechanics of his job that it was an A+ experience all the way around for both parent and child. I hope I don't need any implants anytime soon, but if I do, this is where I'll go. Definitely recommend.

  • They had a good website that the original recommendation that the dentist had given me was not in my dental network and so I found Dr. David A. Waack who was in my dental network and it worked out great, I was very pleased. They made an appointment, they did the assessment, they told me to come back and get my tooth pulled, they gave me novacaine, they pulled my tooth, I was done and everything was fine.

  • I was worked in very quickly; I was informed by my endodontist on Tuesday that my root canal retreatment would not be a long-term fix and that the best solution would be a tooth extraction followed by an implant at a later date. When I called Dr Cusumano's office, I was originally given a date of the next Tuesday for the extraction, but due to the amount of pain I was in, they were able to work me in on Friday. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable; they took the time to answer my questions and ensure I was comfortable; I was offered multiple sedation options, and went with nitrous oxide, and due to a bad previous experience with the NOX, they kept me on a 3-lead ECG monitor to ensure I had no breathing problems; Dr Cusumano had a good and quot;bedsideand quot; manner and did well with the extraction and graft. Although losing a permanent tooth at a young age is no good, they made sure it was as and quot;painlessand quot; as possible. I will be going back to them for the implant.

  • We visited three other ortho offices before deciding on Dr. Ritter. She and all the office staff have always been prommpt, thorough and professional, from explaining out options at the start, to continual updates on progress. The office is always helpful with billing/insurance questions and scheduling appointments, and the treatment is progressing as well or better than expexted.

  • Recommended by friend whose middle-aged husband had a wisdom tooth removed without any complications or much pain. Office staff are nice enough, direct and competent. Just like I like them. In initial meeting Dr. Reebeye was patient, read that I was a nervous Nellie and took his time explaining x-rays and procedure with me. A week later he numbed me up good, explained quietly what he was about to do, removed two wisdom teeth in about 10 minutes without pain or complication (that's why you go to an oral surgeon), and sent me home after observing me for about 15 minutes. I took 1 minor league pain pill, just because they tell you to get ahead of the pain, took another one or two hours later for the same reason because I thought I should, then stopped taking them because I didn't need them. It was not much different than a crown or root canal except of course, you have to watch your diet for a week. Cost was reasonable and his staff took care of the insurance. A better experience than I had dreamed was possible. He's my oral surgeon for life.

  • Dr. Won is fantastic. His office runs like a well-oiled machine. I came in due to pain from cavities and fillings in two wisdom teeth. They were able to see me quickly. The initial appointment included a panoramic x-ray on new equipment. The consultation with Dr. Won was thorough and not rushed. He seemed very relaxed and wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. He also didn't encourage me to do more than was needed. It was basically like here's the situation, here are your options, which one would you feel the most comfortable with? I came in 2 days later to have two wisdom teeth pulled. The staff knew exactly what to do and made sure I was comfortable. I was under general anesthesia during the procedure...and grateful not to remember that part. They were very sweet when I woke up and made sure I was okay. Although that day I needed to take it easy, I was not in any pain the next day. Dr. Won is fantastic. I'm glad I went to his office for the procedure and I highly recommend him.

  • He has done a crown, fillings, and cleanings. I would recommend them, they are very good. I started going to them because they took my insurance, and they file all of the paperwork for you. They have a lot of dentists there. You may have to wait a little bit because they are a good provider. They do emails and text messages when communicating.
