With a family of ten in an old house equipped with 1925 septic system and toilet backups... I called AAP around 8:45am with an appeal for help. The nice lady said they were very busy but could fit me in in afternoon. They called to say Kyle would be here at 2pm and he rolled in right on time. He assessed the situation, got the roots out of the sewer pipe and all is well. They were professional, told me what they were going to do.... and they did it. That is what I call EXCELLENCE!- Ben M.

AAaa Septic Tank Cleaning ServiceThis company might have the best customer service of any business I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. It started out right with the first phone call and a warm kind-hearted person on the other line setting up my appointment and ended with the two funniest and professional gentlemen pumping out my septic. They came on time (actually 15 mins early) and had to locate a septic tank from a drawing handwritten 30 years ago. It took them almost an hour of never giving up and trying to find the septic tank. It was pouring down rain, as usual, for this time of the year, and they kept a smile on there face and kept saying we will find it, sir! It amazes me that you have to call someone that deals with a smell of you know what all day, to finally find someone that is just simply happy to work, happy to run a business, and knows what customer service is all about. I'm just bummed it will be another five years before I have to call them out again....The rest of WNC should take notes from this company...old school southern hospitality at it's best!- Ryan L.

AMountain Well and SepticExcellent. Our septic system had backed up at night and they came out immediately the next morning. They were excellent and professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up having to bring in a backhoe because the tank was buried deep. They did a excellent job transplanting my rose bushes which were over the tank. AI have had a lot of plumbing work done over the years but I must say that All About Plumbing is the best I have ever had. They come immediately for emergencies. They show up on time for scheduled projects and finish the work in short order and stand behind their work. They also do heating and AC. So I will always be using All About Plumbing for plumbing and heat and AC.

AWe hired Handy Home Helpers to remodel both our, upstairs and downstairs, bathrooms. We could not be more pleased with the job they did for us. They gutted the bathrooms down to the studs, reconfigured the layout and rebuilt them back in a timely matter. John and Bree did all the work themselves. Demo, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting and tile work all done by just the two of them. It was amazing to watch them work. The speed, quality and detail of their work was superb. They were great at keeping us up to date on the progress of the jobs. They also kept the power and water disruptions down to a minimum, always giving us plenty of notice when they were going to shut them off. They took time to answer all our questions. We were also very pleased with the price they gave us on the jobs. We believe their caring and commitment to doing the best job possible made this a great experience for us. AI cannot recommend them highly enough. Faith Mountain had done a lot of routine plumbing work in the home I bought in the last year, changing faucets, etc. In the last month, I had two major plumbing problems. First, my on-demand hot water heater went out late in the evening. The on-call plumber called and walked me through some trouble shooting to reset it, but it was still showing error code. He was out first thing the next morning and diagnosed the problem. Of course, it was a Friday. The part was ordered and overbites. Due to flights being grounded for bad weather, it was Monday before the part arrived and they prioritized my job to get my hot water up and running. A+. This week, I turned on my water and sewage came up into two shower pans! Of course, at night. Adam had a team of plumbers at my house first thing in the morning. They cleared the problem and diagnosed the real issue: the A/C guys who installed new ductwork had pushed the waste lines above the trusses to install their ducts, resulting in the loss of the slope needed for gravity to pull the water out of the pipes. They came up with a very cost effective way to rework the blocking for the ductwork to restore the slope and fix the problem. They could have sold me on re-plumbing or some other really expensive fix and I would have done it. I suspect most companies would have gone that route, but the Faith Mountain crew is really ethical. Since we’re in a pandemic, they wore masks in my house nd as a first, they actually offered to disinfect every surface they touched while here. A+++++++.
