With a family of ten in an old house equipped with 1925 septic system and toilet backups... I called AAP around 8:45am with an appeal for help. The nice lady said they were very busy but could fit me in in afternoon. They called to say Kyle would be here at 2pm and he rolled in right on time. He assessed the situation, got the roots out of the sewer pipe and all is well. They were professional, told me what they were going to do.... and they did it. That is what I call EXCELLENCE!- Ben M.

Andrew, the technician, was very knowledgeable, professional, hard working and found a solution to every obstacle he encountered to complete the job. I had them run a new gas line to the kitchen so I could use a gas stove. I feel the whole company went above and beyond with their service and concern from my needs.
