Excellent. I have moved a lot and Personal Touch was by far the best movers I have ever worked with. The crew was professional, courteous and fast. They were very careful with my furniture and did not scratch one thing. They actually came in under the estimate that I was given. I could not have asked for a better move.

I found them online and saw that they were licensed and insured and that they offered free estimates. I called and spoke with one of the owners Glen and requested a free estimate. He asked me over the phone what they were moving. I explained that I had a 10x15 storage unit that was full but not packed so tight that there was not room to move around inside the storage unit. They were beyond terrible. They put my potted plants in the bottom of wardrobe boxes. When I unpacked my clothes, not only were the plants dead, but there was dirt all over my clothing. Toilet cleaner was put into a wardrobe box with clothing hung on top of it. By the grace of God the cleaner didn't open as my clothing would have been ruined.
