AV&V Land Management & Resource RecoveryWe just moved into our new home and had a landslide. Frank, Charlie and the team came out and did a beautiful job building a natural wall. ATuckaseegee Land SurveyingMike answered the phone my primary inquiry very promptly. Additionally all further communications were answered with equal promptness and efficiency. I was extremely satisfied with the quality and efficiency of their work. Their communication skills were greatly appreciated as well. After completing the land survey quickly we had to call them to survey new lines as parties changes the dimensions of the property to be transferred. They came out the next day, reviewed the changed lines and recommended the best way to proceed and recorded the documents the very next day. GREAT JOB. I can heartily recommend this crew and as a Real Estate Professional I will most certainly use them again;- victor h.

AOn the fence about who to use for your next project? Stop searching and use V&V Land Management. You will not be disappointed! I have used them multiple times at different locations for land clearing and landscape design/installation, culvert installation and repairs (of others work), gravel driveway repairs (of others work) and road building. They do not cut corners and will give you an honest assessment of what needs to be done so that it is completed correctly the first time. Most recently, I worked with Zach on a land clearing project and Charlie on landscape design/installation. I could not have been more pleased with the level of professionalism they afforded us and their positive attitudes while adapting to the multitude of changes as the project progressed. You couldn't ask for a better team working hard for you. I recommend V&V without hesitation!
