His 40+ years of experience in the Waynesville/Asheville area played a huge role in every plant and landscaping material choice he recommended (some I would have never thought of), and the final product was more than I could have ever imagined. He took into account some of the recommendations that we had, crafted them into a much better design, and talked us out of a few that would not have worked. Set all the post in one day, let the concrete set for a day, and then finished the next. We had a lot of line clearing to do to get the fence in, Moises even had all of those scraps cleaned up. ANew Day Services LLCIt was excellent.! I Never experience anything like that before. They showed up and help me to put my home back together after being hit by a tornado. I Had shattered windows , Roof blown off. Privacy riped up. Siding damage alone with water damage. Among others things that were destroyed. They worked long and very hard .They helped me when I felt all was lost. Mr. Baker was angel in a time of need. I highly recommend this Company. AWe called James in late-February 2020. He came promptly and provided a repair estimate. Repair was delayed a while by several days of constant rain and by us being out of town. In early March, James called to schedule the repair. James and a co-worker arrived at the appointed time. They completed the repair and replacement work in good order and at the estimate price. Very satisfied with the repair work.

FI met with Moises at 9am on 1/7/21. He said he could fabricate a silver aluminum gate 16’ x 3’ for $900. I didn’t understand how he would secure the gate so that it would roll across my driveway, so I asked him to text me some pictures. He agreed. I called him on 1/11/21 in the morning and he said that he would send me pictures when he took his lunch. I texted him that afternoon at 2:16pm to ask him please don’t forget to send me pictures of the type of aluminum gate that he gave me the $900 estimate for. I heard no response. I texted him again on 1/1/21 and told him that it would be the last time I would try to contact him about the gate, that he has not sent me pictures like he said he would - that I found him on Angie’s List and if I didn’t hear back from him that I would be contacting Angie’s List about his lack of follow-up with me, as he’d promised. I haven’t heard back from him, nor have I received any pictures of the gate. I am very upset that he didn’t follow-through, because his price has been the best so far for the gate. While I will not hire him, I think Angie’s list needs to know that he gets an “F” rating from me!
