    They have been excellent all across the board.�� They do not try to sell you things that are not needed on the car. I enjoy working with them and have been very happy with everything. They wash the car every time we go in even if its just an oil change. I had an accident and I took the car in to make sure the car was okay and they did not charge me to check it. Things like this that they do just speaks really well of them.

    I believe the oil change was free because of a package I had purchased. A couple of days after the oil change I found a puddle of oil on the garage floor so I took the car back to them. I told them I just got an oil change and I have a huge leak. They took it in, looked at it, a fellow came out and said it was not an oil leak and that he had bad news for me. He said it was another engine leak and it was going to be a costly repair. I told them I was going to get a second opinion. I took the car to one of the local repair shops and had him look at it. He said it was a loose oil filter. He did an oil change for me since I had lost the oil, put on a new filter and I have had no more problems. It has been a year and a half since then and I have had no more leaks. Them saying it was going to be a costly repair was a total lie. I went back to them and took the bill for an oil change that I had got at the local mechanic. I told them what the issue was and got them to reimburse me for the oil change I had done. I told them to take me off their mailing list. I said we would never deal with them again. The guy who did this was, like, an assistant manager or manager. When I went back I was kept waiting and waiting to talk to some sort of a manager. After waiting for the better part of an hour somebody came out and said they were doing an online class so he would not be able to talk to me right then and told me to come back the next day. The whole experience was just one miserable experience.

    since I was a current customer for ken Wilson ford I wanted to buy my wife a new mustang for her to drive so I called up my salesman I use when I buy a truck, they had what she was looking for and the price was good so I purchased car and my wife loved it, after a few days I noticed there was something odd with front bumper and fender, for some reason part of front fender was popping out so I called service center and they said bring it in, I was told it was a factory defect so it appeared to be fixed, a week or so went by and same thing so again we took car back and they tried to fix again which it appeared to be fixed about the same time went by and I noticed front bumper paint looked odd and same issue happened again so we took back to get fixed gain, well when we got car back it was raining but as soon as it cleared up next day I noticed front bumper looked worse in certain light so I decided to have car looked at another dealer plus 2 other professionals I know, when I took to other dealership I was told that is was not a factory defect but the car had been in a minor accident and they have attempted to repair it because when they tried to pull up info of ford website there was no record of any service done and they would not work on it because it was not a factory issue and that they have messed with it, I was not very happy about this but I want to get more facts before I said anything so I took car to 2 other professionals and they said the same thing the car was in minor accident nothing bad but just enough to misalign front bumper with front fender.
    My son in law is also a body shop tech and he told me the same thing so with facts in place I filled a complaint to try to get this fixed and why this was not disclosed which what I was sent in return was a disclamer that anything less than a $1000 in repair does not have to be disclosed and i signed document saying car was not damaged when bought which I figured what happened was the car had got bumped and they tried fixing it then selling it as new undamaged since it was minor.This is a bad way to things but I will be fair when I bought car it looked new and I did not see any issues at the time, and to be fair I do not think my salesman knew what had happened and he done me good on the price ! It bothers me to give them a bad grade but as expensive as cars is now and even thou this is minor it should have been disclosed and fixed right. if they had went about it right I would not have thought nothing negative about it. If they want my business in future or better review then I suggest they fix issue and do it right.

    My Brakes was going bad on one of my dump trucks which was rebuilt over 1 year ago by a local mechanic, i thought this was odd since i could not locate local mechanic i called mtn view tire to make a appointment, the person i worked with his name is Craig,the next morning i dropped off truck and about 2 hours later Craig called me and told me what he found, i was very shocked that the rebuilt brakes was just not wore out but ruined and it was so bad he found cracks in rotors and ruined brake calipers, come to find out the mechanic i used before at another auto repair shop really did not rebuild the brakes  but just put a band aid fix to get by which was a dangerous move because of the weight we haul in these trucks.
    The next day he called and said it was fixed and he went over the process they done to get it fixed correct, when i drove the truck it felt like a new truck, i was amazed what a great job they done not only did they fix this right it drove as good as my 2016 dump truck and this older truck  they fixed is 22 years old.
    If anyone needs there auto fixed and  honest straight forward service go to them, they will take care of you and be honest.

    First, he had us come in the day we called.  It took about a week to do all the work but we feel it was definitely worth it.  He called and explained what was wrong and an approximate price before doing the work.  He noticed the oil had not been changed for a long time and did that on his own, and we appreciated that.  He checked the tires and the alignment was out of wack and suggested new tires and a full four-wheel alignment.  Even though the tread was good on the tires, the rear tires were cupped and making lots of road noise.   The car was clean with paper liners on the floor.  A new grand baby rides in this car and we want it as safe as possible.

    When they changed my oil they put on an oil filter that was the wrong size so my garage  and driveway are now an artful mosaic of hydorcarbons. From what I have learned these places use $2.00 generic, off-the-shelf filters whether they are for your vehicle or not.

    I've used them a couple of times and I was pleased with the service.  They are professional.  However, on one occasion, I sat in the waiting room for a long time before they told me that my motor home was too wide for their lift.
