ASPRINKLE SEPTIC TANK COMike and Tom completed the job in one day. They came out at 10 AM, pumped out the bad tank. Then they dug up the bad tank, replaced it with new tank in same spot, leveled it, connected to existing pipes, got it inspected and landscaped the area. These guys were quick thorough and professional. I will be using them in the future to pump my system when needed.- Jerome K.

CAffordable Septic and Grease Cleaningguys did a great job with pumping tank but their old pump truck leaked oil and greese all over my driveway.i've been told by the owner that there's not much he could do but bring a pressure washer out and try to get it up.i've been using dawn detergent and scrubbing it rinsing with hot water.seems to have helped some.my advice to owner is get your truck fixed because next customer might not be this nice about it.- bryan d.

BAffordable Septic and Grease CleaningWent well. Communication a little awkward. I have never had to do this before so I didn’t know what to expect. Men who showed up to perform the job seemed young and didn’t have much to say but they went right in and got the job done. I had no issues. AAffordable Septic and Grease CleaningOur septic alarm went off a week or so ago and we ignored it (hoping it would miraculously reset or something as we knew it meant expense and we are seniors on a fixed income). We started getting a stink in the back yard around the septic and the toliets weren't flushing right so I called them about 1 pm today and they said they would be out within the hour and they were. My husband went out and watched as they worked. When they opened the tank to pump it, it was literally ready to start backing up into the house! We won't ignore an alarm again. They told us about how it generally backs up to the washing machine first and then to sinks, showers, tubs, etc. and that they had just had a lady that had that happen and threw away her washer because she couldn't get the smell out. We knew we were blessed to have avoided a very costly mess. They were fast, efficient and very friendly. I had paid nearly $500 to another company simply to replace my septic pump five years ago with no pumping of the tank. When Affordable removed it, it was a plastic pump which they informed us doesn't hold up very well. It was dead. After they pumped the tank and confirmed that the pump needed to be replaced, they had to make a trip to the supply house to get a new pump and return and install it. They were back and had the job wrapped up before 4:00 PM. It wasn't cheap, but was comparable to what projected costs were on Angie's List with this kind of project. They will definitely be the first guys we will call if we ever have issues again. We highly recommend Affordable Septic!!! Thanks guys!- Rose D.

AAffordable Septic and Grease CleaningAll I can say is "thank you, thank you, thank you!!!" I live in Raleigh and my elderly parents are in Winston-Salem. They had been having trouble with their plumbing and were not able to get anyone to come and assist with pumping out the septic tank. They had called several companies and due to the age of the home and subsequent unit, not one would even come out and assess the problem. Until I had them to call Affordable Septic and Grease Cleaning. My parents called and the guys at Affordable Septic came right out. They dug where we thought the tank was, but it wasn't there, so the guys (Ken and crew) recommended a vendor who could find the location. Once the location was confirmed Affordable Septic came back out and completed the job. Everyone on the crew was respectable, courteous and professional. They stuck with my parents (I think it was 3 trips out in total) until the job was successfully completed. I cannot thank you enough. I highly recommend Affordable Septic and Grease Cleaning.- Andrea B.

AWoke up to water pouring from the water line in the crawl space. I shut off the water and called Plumbing & Air Service Co. They setup a service appointment and arrived right on time. They diagnosed the problem within minutes and provided a cost estimate. I agreed to have the service performed and the price was exactly as quoted. Service personnel were courteous, professional, and promptly fixed the problem. Excellent service experience.
