AADT Authorized Premier ProviderPremier Provider (ADT) was super responsive and came the same day. They were very patient with explaining all the different options for the home monitoring. They even showed us their own personal home system remote features so we could see their family at home and how the cameras outside allowed visibility of people walking into and out of the house and onto the driveway. AADT Authorized Premier ProviderI was aware that I would have to install the equipment myself, however, it was a very easy process. It only took maybe 30 minutes to install it and I have it on 3 doors and also have it on several windows. I am very pleased with their service and like that they give you yard and window signs and decals. I would highly recommend this service to others and find their rates to be reasonable. They also have an added feature that if your smoke detector goes off, they will alert your local fire department and the same thing for a possible break in, they alert your police department. This company has been very helpful and informative with questions and issues I've had thus far. I actually had to call them because I had not received a couple alarm triggers for my windows, and when I called they were very helpful and had those shipped right away. They have great customer service. Also, if you move, you can take the alarm system with you.- CLAIRE M.

FOne Chic And A HammerShe canceled on me a week before the project date. I text her a message to confirm my appointment and she never return the text. She called me the next day and canceled. ABretco Electric Company IncRepresentatives arrived on time for estimate, took careful notes, and emailed the estimate same day. Electricians arrived on time each day; work was efficient and neat; compete clean-up EOB each day. The wiring was snaked through several joists without the need to cut additional holes in the drywall (which is why we hired professional, licensed electricians) and with minimal disruption of the furniture. Everything was completed in 2 days. These folks are very easy to work with. Supervisor/owner refunded overpayment for some parts not used.- earline p m.

Installation and testing took longer than expected though about 3hrs but at least it was done right with all of my questions answered and we received instructions on how to operate the system along with a manual. Upgrade was free except for the extra equipment that I requested which was $99. And my monthly rate is still the same from day one. Had Alarm Force for years. In fact Select Security lowered our rate from $31 to $29 monthly. Huge plus. Very pleased with that.- Anthony B.
