Only on one day was there a small amount of water that seeped under an outside door into the basement and was mostly caught by a floor drain installed by TarHeel. CIt was $300 cheaper to rip out and replace my sidewalk then do concrete leveling. I chose leveling due to schedule. That could be done immediately. Rip out and replace not till spring and then it would create a mess. In the end i wish I would have waited. The leveling was so so. I believe what the contractor did was best that the technology could do. I talked to the craft about my concerns while on-site and they were straight forward with answers. Basically technology was over sold. MasterServices was professional. They followed up before install and after.. There is a difference between service and product. My issue is totally with product delivered. Let's talk price as I'm sure many want to know costs. The minimum charge is $1500, but thats standard in the industry. I had 10 foot of sidewalk so that is why it would have been cheaper to replace. Actually 10 ft was lifted but the quote on replacement was everything 20' plus front stoop. Would I work with masterservices again? Wow that really depends! In my mind its the product delivered, not about how many times customer service calls you.

AI contacted the company and they were easy to schedule with, they provided a competitive quote. They charged a fee to come out and do an inspection but they provided me with a written / emailed estimate along with pictures from under the home and a written report of the crawlspace inspection.

AAlex was very professional, informative and practical with providing the estimate for work to be done. Chelsea delivered the estimate promptly and communicated very well about scheduling. Work took a bit longer than initially indicated, but the team arrived when they said they would and they did the work very professionally and neatly. They did not try to cut corners and they did things the "right" way. They did have to improvise a little due to the unusual color of my roof shingles, but they let me know what was going on and we discussed the plan for addressing it. These days, it is so difficult to find contractors who will work diligently, reliably and intelligently and these guys did it. They may charge a little more than other contractors, but the peace of mind for a job well done is worth it. Thanks guys!

AGREAT customer service! Shawn was great with communication, always contacted me with updates, and was always punctual for appointments. He was also very knowledgeable regarding my issue (found a snake in my house and called him to figure out how it got in/make sure that never happens again). I believe all of his pricing was fair and reasonable. I had a pest control company come out after NC Wildlife Experts left (Shawn's advice to fix another issue we had) and they raved about his work saying "this looks like work we would do and exactly how we would do it." Made me feel good to hear another company talking about their competition so highly. I definitely recommend Shawn and NC Wildlife Experts to anyone who needs their services!!!!

AJeff did a excellent job painting the exterior and interior of our home. He was very easy to work with and very flexible in working with our schedule. He painted all the exterior trim and recaulked all the windows. Painted the entire interior walls/baseboard/crown molding. Also touched up some areas of the ceiling and made repairs where needed.
