ASalt Air, Inc.This group of folks that replaced the inside unit and outside worked great as a team and had a lot of respect for one another. Temperature outside was scorching and they pushed thru the heat with a smile. I had Chris as the installer, Brian slid in for support and Doug as their supervisor helped with his bronze and vast knowledge. Dustin the sales rep was all over the install. AFalcone Crawl Space & Structural RepairOnce the emergency cleaning and vapor barrier liner were installed, we were encouraged to wait for a few months to let the space really dry out. It was a good thing because the entire southeastern part of North Carolina needed multiple services to get back to normal. Falcone was available for an assessment visit within a month, and was ready to work on our contract within a helpful time frame. They repaired the water damaged joists and replaced the insulation in one very busy day.The called occasionally just to check in,, arrived early for our work day, finished and cleaned. The workers called several times with updates as t hey worked. They took photos of this space that homeowners rarely ever enter. I know what work was done and how it looked on a specific date. Valuable information when your house is in a storm zone. They accepted a mailed check for payment since I was spending insurance money and needed to keep track of its dispersal.- carol f.

ACarolina Energy ConservationThis fantastic crew came in and first installed Solar Tubes and now my home has LIGHT! Next, they evaluated my attic! No wonder we were freezing. They could literally see into the house from the attic. The amount of existing insulation was negligible, and it is a wonder it wasn't falling though. They started the process of removing the old insulation and then came in and sealed all the areas where heat/air was escaping. Next they blew in the appropriate amount of insulation. Then, the awesome guys.....Ryan Powers and Devin Moran told me about their vapor barrier for our crawl space! Yikes....another place to loose more heating and cooling. I am having them return to estimate the cost of the vapor barrier. These guys are the best and I'm very picky about work done around my home. So....if you want the best give them a call!- Janet H.

AUsually they call me at the slow time of the year for annual checkup and service of the system to make sure things are running as they should example freon is full , no leaks clean coils and drains etc. They set up a time and come out in the fall ( October- November ) easier on them up in the attic and not rushed with service calls

AWork has been scheduled for early in 2019, but they could not have been more helpful and professional in explaining our options, how our home would get the most out of the panels, and how much we are likely to save. They were explicit about costs and available rebates. We were instructed to apply for a rebate from our local energy supplier and they literally walked us through the time specific rebate procedure. We made some minor changes to their standard contract and they accepted those changes without question. I can only assume their work will be up to these standards when we do the actual installation.

AThis company really came through for me when I was in a pinch. The 15 year-old electric Ruud water heater in my garage was leaking and needed changing out. I did some online research and decided on the exact replacement model (a 40gal Rheem). The problem was I couldn’t find any installer who could meet my tight schedule. At that time, I was taking care of my elderly parents at their home during the daytime so my schedule was not very flexible. After unsuccessfully trying to schedule the installation through one of the big home maintenance stores, I found Drain Pro’s on Angie’s List and contacted them. I told them the info for the new heater and we agreed on an install time (9:30AM on 2/12/2015). On the agreed to date/time, they showed up exactly on time with the new water heater. After removing the old heater, they installed the new heater along with a new “expansion tank” (see picture). Within 2 hours after their arrival everything was installed and working. I am extremely satisfied with the installation and would recommend them to anyone needing an electric water heater installed. I give them the highest ratings for everything (price, punctuality, etc.).
