    Animals of Eden Veterinary Hospital
It went well considering Darby is almost 13 yr old Blue Heeler. Dr Sue is a new addition to Animals of Eden. My husband & I relayed to her right away. She diagnosed a torn ACL. Surgery was the best option, but at Darbys age my husband decided to not put her thru that. Dr Sue gave us other option of treatment. While there, with no appt. for our chihuahua Maya, she trimmed Mayas toe nails! Thank you all at Animals of Eden for all youve done for our furry family all these years!! I would recommend them for their professionalism, caring, & LOVE for us all!! Mrs Terri Morgan; Brevard, NC

It was great! Doc Macpherson & Associates live are pets as much as we do! They're thorough & great listeners. Maya & Darby like going to see the Doc! The ladies in the office, esp. Kim, are efficient & friendly!

    DOG IN SUDS PET GROOMING
Outstanding. We have a rare breed French Barbet who needed a show cut. Dawn studied up in advance of our appointment and did an outstanding job. We have had numerous show dogs over the past 35 years and have always done our own grooming, but needed her assistance due to an illness. We could not have gone to a better place! Highly recommend Dawn

YOU WORK I'LL PLAY DOG DAYCARE & TRAINING
My dogs went in flea free.  They and my home are now infested with fleas after they stayed there for 5 days.  I am allergic to flea bites and now have spent a fortune trying to get rid of them.  They make you sign a document stating that you use a flea and tick preventative but clearly don't monitor that.

    MARILYN'S GENTLE TOUCH PET GROOMING
Super Grooming, Super People. They work very well with dogs that are problematic. My dog is very feisty but they take precautions and are right on the mark. I will Always go there.

Update: I went there again yesterday for the second time, and they were even better than the first time!

    Animal Care Clinic of Hendersonville
The procedure went well and he recovered nicely. Also, Exam on our 24++ (actual age unknown) horse who suffered from chronic lameness. We love the care Dr Carman provided, she is gentle and caring. We would continue to use her, but we have a new mobile Vet service in our immediate area who is able to care for our horse, goats, chickens and small animals if we need her.

    HOUND ABOUT TOWN
She informed us after we were 600 miles from out home that she had a "personal problem" and her friend would take care of our elderly dog. Her friend had never met our dog, we had never met her and the friend sent us several weird emails about the dog.Included in the emails were religious references which I thought were inappropriate and definitely unwanted. Later, talking to another friend who had used this service, she told me that the owner had had a "personal problem" during her dog sitting time. Instead of sending a friend, her dog remained unwalked and unfed trapped in the house for 4 days. This woman is a flake.

We obtained two small, young dogs (one was 2 years old, the other 11 months old) from our local shelter recently, and despite months of working with them, still found they would get "out of control" around other dogs and people, and were a big handful at home too!

I contacted Scott on the recommendation of a friend who had used him for training with their two dogs.   Scott had me bring them to his dog park/boarding facility and assessed them, seeing how they reacted around him and around his dog.   He then spent 90 minutes with me and them, showing me techniques to use with them (basically training ME!!) and explaining the significance of each technique in "dog language" ... in other words, what do these various techniques say to a dog.

My original plan had been to sign up for group classes that Scott offers, but he accurately said that where the dogs were at that point, I'd be spending every class just chasing them.  He said to go home and try the techniques he'd shown me for a few weeks and see what happens.

I honestly could not get over how quickly the dogs responded to these training techniques!  To be honest, I didn't think they'd respond at all.  However, within a day and a half, I went from having 2 out of control, hyperactive dogs, to two dogs that, while still full of energy, were obedient and acknowledged me as the person in charge.

And the most amazing thing was that Scott offered his time free of charge!!  He said what was important was that the dogs were happy, and if I found his work helpful, to refer others for his classes and boarding.   I can certainly do that!!   Having been at the boarding facility, I saw a home like environment with a huge, fenced in pasture where the dogs get to play 5 different times a day!

It went extremely well. We are very lucky to see Scott two or three times weekly at the Spring Valley Dog Park where we are members and where he also runs his business on the premises.
He is always reenforcing Dozer's skills and manners. A secondary benefit of Scott's association with us, is that Dozer has lost 19 lbs. off of his somewhat portly body, over the past year. You may ask how? By teaching a golden retriever who did not enjoy retrieving how much fun it was to chase a ball and even return it to me so he could go do it again.
We are very loyal to Scott as he has given us, with good training, a dog that brings so much joy to our lives.

    WAG THAT TAIL
I checked with this woman before I took my dog. She told me she knew how to groom bichons. I dropped him off to return several hours later to find him shaved. He was not matted so there was no reason for this. She also told me about another customer she didn't like. I don't think it is professional to discuss other customers.
