APARTRIDGE ELECTRICAL SVC INCWe were recommended to Partridge Electric and are so glad. Generator installation is all they do. Joshua Partridge is extremely thorough with his explanations, as are Seth and Brian, his on site assistants. Cheryl, his office assistant is fabulous too. Our job was a little more complicated as we needed to have other contractors run a 100' natural gas line from the street to the house. Also another contractor to connect that gas line to the generator. All facets of the job fell into place & we are extremely pleased with the results.- Cari Z.

AWILLETT ELECTRICWillett Electric was workig in our general area in Upper Crabtree - I happened to pass one of their vans, called them when yet another electical contractor failed to show for a quote. Dennis sent Matt by my house same day to look at our Kohler generator install. Matt checked out the job thoroughly, within a couple days I had a quote and after acceptance they put us in their schedule. Matt and Adam showed up, very polite, got to business, and voila, generator wired and ready to go. No drama, quick turnaround on a quote, and Matt took care of business as I thought he would. This is what residential construction should be - but lately this is not the norm, I guess due to the boom. Dennis handles his business like a real business. I would highly recommend, and based on what I've seen, he's one of the very few people, along with Matt, that can wrap their heads around a Generac transfer switch and a Kohler generator via a PSP conversion kit. Kohler dealers were zero help and Generac was backed up thru Feb since October. Thank you Willette for handling business and customers the way they should be handled. 5 stars.- Skip M.

Estimate was very reasonable for the hard work they had to do. Finished job could not be better. Excellent work with great attention to details. They did the work in very bad weather, having to dig to bury the lines. It was sleeting and raining but that did not stop them. Their professionalism is to be commended. AWorking with Kilowatt Electric was a positive experience from start to finish. We scheduled a site visit to receive an evaluation of the work needed along with an estimate. The owner, Samuel, arrived on-time and provided a reasonable estimate within 24 hours of his visit. We waited two months to schedule the work due to the holidays and travel. When we called to schedule the work, the office quickly located our estimate and was able to schedule the work within two weeks. On the day of the appointment, two employees showed up 15 minutes early and got right to work. They spent the next 5 hours quickly and professionally completing the work including an additional need that was not part of the original estimate. They left all work areas clean before leaving for the day. We would definitely hire Kilowatt again!

APurchased a 1978 ranch house the attic was filled with very depleted and soiled mix of insulation materials and rodent debris. Mike, Regina, Brian, Tim and Scott - the whole NC EnergeySmith Team - arrived and were prepared to make a change. Mike made runs to the landfill keeping things running smoothly. Regina took care of keeping the insulation debris team nourished, healthy and safe. Brian, Scott and Tim stayed true to the mission. Sadly part of my attic has only enough room for one to belly crawl through. I know, I ran wires up through there and I only weigh 125 lbs: it was tough for me . Yet, Brian made his way through and didn’t let the confining space stop him from ensuring that area was cared for. Three days later my attic was truly transformed. The attic is clean, sealed, lights fixtures appropriately covered, walk boards secured, fluffy white insulation blown in and my exterior property left immaculate. The kind, professional, traits and actions of this Team brought forth a huge peace of mind. There are no words to express the true gratitude felt.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.
