    Wide Screen TV Service
    The team over at Wide Screen are professionals.  They took time and did the necessary diligence on the front-end to make sure that they were delivering what I wanted.  I had a handful of unique requests in integrating my new 70" TV into the docking station for my laptop.  In addition to the other service they provided, they spent the time to make this run right where I can put my laptop in the docking station in my office and use the screen in my living room via a wireless keyboard.
    I would highly recommend this team.

    I guess I went there for at least 6 weeks. A few times it was hard to get an appointment with Ms. Morrissey because she was in the middle of leaving one location and moving to the new location at Steelecroft Parkway. At that same time, a new software program was installed for the billing and administration. It took the software company over a month to fix all the glitches. I was not able to have my payment recorded for about 4 weeks but it was actually not the fault fo the provider (Novant Health) but their software provider.
    My interactions with Ms Ginger Morrissey were great. I can't believe that in such a short period of time and with relatively simple exercises I have stopped limping almost completely. Ms. Morrissey also answered many, many questions about issues other than my weak leg. She answered questions about different exercises I do at the commercial gym I attend. I know if I keep with the exercises I shall be able to walk normally in about 6-8 weeks. What a difference such simple exercises made with the guidance of a physical therapist. I still have issues with knee pain however and she suggested I consult with an orthopedic surgeon.
    My interactions with the receptionist were great too despite the fact that the software was not functional for awhile. She was extremely patient.

    They’re good. It’s a good service. When anything is wrong with your TV, you can call them and they can go in through the computer and they can see what the problem is and they can usually fix it. When all our controllers stopped, my husband called them and they were able to fix it and it didn’t cost us anything. Their pricing is good because we can get every channel we could ask for. We chose what we wanted and that was the price for what we wanted. They’ll call from the office to see how they did because they want to know.

    I’m happy with them. You go in and they help you. I can’t get my e-mails to come up and they’ll show me how it is done. I’ve gone in several times telling them I can’t get this to work or I don’t understand this and they’ll just show me. They seem to be always helpful and polite. The membership doesn’t cost me anything but the phone does. You just go and just buy your phone. I think the price is just right that’s why I go with them.

    Derek quoted us $1500 to paint two signs on a brick building.  We paid him $750 upfront and he cashed the check on September 11.  The job was scheduled for October 1.  We opened a new business on October 17 and he assured us that our signs would be done well before we opened.  It is now October 30 and no work has been done.  He has made and broken numerous promises to do the work.  It appears our only recourse is to have someone else do the work and sue Kolor Kraft.
    Do not use this company for anything!!!!!

    I HAVE MOVED MANY TIMES, BUT THIS WAS THE BEST MOVER I HAVE EVER USED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THE WAREHOUSE WAS SPOTLESS, THE FURNITURE WAS VIRTUALLY UNDAMAGED, AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH THE HOUSEHOLD ITEMS AS WELL AS WITH THE HOUSES. THEY PUT DOWN CARDBOARD, TAPED ALL THE CARPETED STAIRS, WRAPPED ALL THE FURNITURE IN BLANKETS, AND CHARGED A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THEY ALSO STORED MY HOUSEHOLD ITEMS FOR 5 MONTHS.
