DWelcome Home MoversThe owner of the company, on the day of the move, left a voice mail that he was having to cancel the move and apologized. I called him and had to basically talk him into moving me the next day. His crew were good kids and worked hard. However, it was after 10pm when they furniture was placed into two storage units. The following day, I went by the units and was surprised and disappointed how the movers stacked the furniture, breaking a leg off one piece and scarring the other with deep gashes. I have photos of before and after the move. Nice guy but I wouldn't use his company again. I fed his crew both lunch and dinner and gave each of them a $50 bonus BEFORE I saw the end result of his delivery and unloading. Disappointed.- Marty L.

AMike Fusco BuilderMike Fusco provides exceptional service to his customers. He responded to my phone calls, emails and was available to address concerns I had regarding the development of my project. The service he provided especially with regard to garbage disposal, left me satisfied and content with his work. I have not used other contractors since being introduced to Mike Fusco about 8 years ago. Anyone who retains his service will be satisfied with the quality of his work.- Talia D.

AJunk DoctorsI requested an appointment online and the company was back in touch with me within 24 hours and scheduled my appointment. They arrived on time and called forty minutes before arriving with their definitive arrival time. Both guys who showed up were very professional, polite and did a great job. I would hire this company again without hesitation.- Susan T.

ABest Movers US IncThey did a fantastic job. Juan's wife, Patricia, was very helpful in setting up the date and time, and she gave us a reminder call two days before. Very professional and very friendly. They arrived on time and began working right away. They didn't stop until everything was moved in to her apartment. They charge a more reasonable hourly rate than most companies we had checked on. And it was well worth it because she is in a third floor apartment. Her apartment was only about 15 minutes from our house, so they started at 8:00 AM and we wrote them a check when they were finished at 10:30.They took good care of the furniture, were careful not to hit any doors or walls, and placed boxes and furniture where we specified in her apartment. We were very happy not to have had to rent a truck or ask family members to move furniture up to the third floor. I would definitely recommend them.- Meribeth A.

ANichole was wonderful. This was a sad story of a friend going through a crisis who decided to drive the Honda Accord we'd lent him for local Seattle errands to Amarillo Texas. Our friend is now back safe and recovering with his family on the east coast, but we had to get our Honda back from the Amarillo towing yard where the police had left it after taking our friend to the hospital. So we called Angie's List, which listed Hilton Auto Transport as highly rated (thank you Angie's List). Nichole was wonderful: prompt, good price, and just the nicest person to deal with. Two days later the car was on its way, and we picked it up in Seattle yesterday. I'd recommend her to anyone.

AThank you Chris and to your team, Stanley and Alfred for the most awesome moving experience I have had. You all just worked together as a team to get the truck packed and unpacked quickly. Stanley, you knew exactly what box fit where and you had impeccable organization of all the boxes and furniture in the truck and in my storage unit. Chris and Alfred, great teamwork on moving the heavy, big furniture on and off the truck. Chris, I couldn’t have made this move without you and am especially grateful for you driving the truck through the mountains to my final destination. #reliable, #on time, #organized, #friendly, #honest, #followup, #landrummovingandlogistics. Highly recommend you and the team!

FBait and Switch! I've never worked with a company so alluring and dishonest IN MY LIFE! Prior to loading day we had a $6,600 quote that was updated to a $10,500 quote only to have the truck and packers show up and increase our total to $20,000!!!!!!! We had packed everything but the furniture! The trucking company representative from Roadrunner (Polaris Moving is the parent company) said she was now our contact. She "fired Moving APT!!!" We are now in week 10 post moving to WI and our belongings are STILL NOT HERE!!! Roadrunner has taken our goods hostage forcing us to get a lawyer!! I will NEVER use Angie's List or a broker again!! This has been nothing short of a nightmare!

FMr Lockhardt visited my house in late August to review my project. At that time he said they were a little backed up and a quote would take about 2 weeks which I said was fine. After three weeks, mid-September, I emailed and asked about the quote and was told they could not get to it(the quote, not the actual work) until October. I emailed them in mid-October and got no response. I called them a week later and also got n o response

F7/3/2020 to 7/10/2020. Initially, I was pleased because they showed up when they said they would. Rocky's son, Donovan and and his fiancee, Winter were our first contacts. We were very impressed with them. We exchanged our budget and ideas. Rocky got involved when the work began. The whole project went to **** after that. Rocky started telling me that everything Donovan and I had agreed upon would cost extra. .When I showed him the contract and the agreed upon price, he ignored it. He was in on the negotiations, by phone, for the initial estimate. Fearing that Rocky would leave the job half-done, I paid him what he demanded. At that point, I thought the money had been handled. The biggest slap in the face was when he knocked on the door and informed me that I owed him $300 more. I told him that I didn't think I had the extra money. His response was, "I'm sure you'll find it." He claimed that he had to dig down trenches around the paving blocks to distribute pea-gravel that I had purchased. My husband and I watched his future daughter-in-law and his two young grandchildren create small furrows with their fingers around the paving blocks. They opened a bag of gravel and pour some pebbles into the furrows. From beginning to end, this whole process took 10-15 minutes. As they were packing up to leave, I noticed that the job was not finished. When I called him on it he said, "that's what you told me you wanted." It wasn't! I had to drag his son into the conversation to support my claim even though I had it in writing. Prior to his work, I had received 3 estimates which came within a few hundred dollars of each other. When I complained to him on the phone later, he told me he would talk to me about the additional money when he had finished the job he had left undone. We never saw or heard from him again. A job that was estimated to cost $2,800.00 to $3,000.00 ended up costing me $7,000.00.
