He was able to schedule us quickly and worked around our busy schedule. Mike and his partner arrived a few minutes early and completed the services very quickly. I can't believe how clean our home looks after the cleaning. One side of our house was covered in green mold and they got all of it off. AJacob did an amazing job building me a firepit. Not only did he do that while he was there but also cut down some dieing trees and cut some vine out that was growing into the siding of my house which I had no idea was even growing under my siding and could have caused thousands of dollars in damages. FWe have been working with Baker Roofing company through our HOA. We had initially been told by a different company we needed a complete replacement, but were told by Baker they could repair the damage without a complete replacement. We had a continued issue with leaks affecting our breaker box two weeks after Baker Roofing completed their repairs and assured us that our roof was in good shape. They continue to insist that they did good work and not at fault for any of the issues we are having. We had a third opinion from a private contractor who gave us the following picture and evaluation.

I work because I like work so I do not have an attitude. I have done restoration in historic mansions. I have mopped a floor because someone could not. I do small jobs that no one will look at. Tom works on each project as if it was his own. We live two hours away from our townhome and we gave him the key without reservations. A trustworthy man who gets the job done to your satisfaction. AMy 1949 chimney had lots of disintegrating mortar joints. No known water leaks yet, but I wanted to prevent that. The company seems professional & reliable. Very nice folks to work with. Kept me in touch on schedule & arrival time. Would hire again. I have to presume the repair job is correct; it looks good. Price was reasonable--in between an ultra-high "rebuild the whole thing" quote and a low ball quote from someone who never followed up.

AVery satisfied. They designed and built a very nice bedroom, including a dormer window with window seat, and a spa-like bathroom. The process went extremely well from start to finish, and I am very pleased with the addition. Everyone I dealt with at Andrew Roby was very professional, always courteous, and highly skilled in their job. The price was definitely more than I originally anticipated, but the quality of the workmanship, and the peace of mind of having very trustworthy and professional people to deal with made it worth the cost to me. They stayed on budget, and finished slightly early. They are perfectionists, and they made sure all subcontractor's work was done to my satisfaction, and at times, I was o.k. with the work, but my AR project manager was not satisfied, so he had them come back and correct some flaws that I had not noticed. I highly recommend, and am using them for additional projects at my home.

AOwner Ricky Stroup was infinitely patient with us, as after our initial meeting it took us over a year to hire his company to do this work. During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. Working with Gutter Glove of North Carolina was an enjoyable experience, and I recommend this company!

I took time off work to be home for the appointment and not only did they not show but they didn’t contact me at all to give a reason for not showing, that to me is a red flag I would not recommend this company to anyone

APerfect Coats was the PERFECT company to go with! Their price was competitive and the results were beyond my expectations! I knew when they were coming or if they were delayed. They power washed, they repaired (even declined an area that I thought was rotten but wasn't), they painted, they cleaned up, the crew chief took me on a tour to make sure everything was perfect - it was!
