ACombs Roofing & DesignWe were very pleased with the finished product. Combs roofing did a lot of extra work. The front porch was so deteriorated it had to be completely re-framed and attached higher in the roof so that in the future water would drain off of it better. Much of the roof overhang and (soffit/facia) wood all had to be replaced. Vents were put in the soffits. They also recommended that the insulation be replaced while the roof was off. This was subcontracted with a discount they were able to obtain. The chimney which was in bad shape was re-flashed and properly sealed. Existing gutter were readjusted. The owner was kept fully informed of all needed changes and recommendations and cost adjustments. There were no surprises and all cost adjustments were discussed in detail and changes approved by the owner if wanted. The final cost shown includes the insulation and re-framing of the porch plus added purchases such as stain. They were able to work around the wet weather encountered. Mr. Combs was very knowledgeable and professional in his work.- Ruth G.

ACombs Roofing & DesignMy husband loves the roof, they had everything under cover during a storm, they did a marvelous job, we've had some hail damage, referred us to someone else to get that taken care of. AAll Seasons InsulationTheir project manager was two days late visiting the house to review the scope and provide an estimate. This did not affect my schedule since I did not have to be present but some more communication letting me know he would be delayed a few days would have been appreciated. After agreeing to their estimate and having the work scheduled for a Monday the workers did not arrive on Monday. Again this did not affect my schedule but I had to call them Monday afternoon to ask when the workers would arrive. They came and did the work on that following Wednesday and Thursday. The workers were courteous and did a quality job for the agreed upon price. I was happy with the work but the company did not communicate schedule delays as they should have, which is why I rated them a C for responsiveness.- Laura D.

AAll Seasons InsulationCalled and received a estimate over the phone, followed by a email with the estimate(quote) attached. I signed the quote and sent back to them. A installation date was set up. They arrived that day, went right to work and completed the work in under a hour. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and friendly. A pleasure to do business with.- David Z.

AGM InsulationHe provided very expert advice about the job and stated that this was a project that could easily be done by us. He told me exactly where we needed to place insulation that we can purchase ourselves from a home improvement store. It will probably take us no more than an hour to complete the job. I was very impressed with his honesty and knowledge. I tried to pay him something for his time and knowledge and he would not accept it stating that he only hopes we will pass along his name to anyone else needing insulation work. Mr. Meade appears to be a man of integrity. We will definitely use him again for any future insulation needs.- Tammy M.

ADresser & AssociatesWe wanted a new separate garage on our property. This building needed cement slab and driveway. Mr Dresser coordinated the necessary grading, tree removal and cement walls for garage. Then he started on the room that I wanted above the garage. It kept getting bigger in my mind and Mr Dresser provided all the information about my expanding project. He offered many suggestions for improvements and how we could make something better. We are postponing completion of the kitchen and big deck until next year. All the interior and exterior work will be done this month, including metal roof, doors, windows, insulation, interior wood work and painting inside and out.- Lorna W.

AGM InsulationI was impressed to see that they used high quailty CertainTweed fiberglass blow in for the attic and Owens Corning bat for the floor. Some companies use the cheaper stuff that either packs down or falls apart in a few years. Some companies wanted to charge as much for the cheap stuff as GM did for the good stuff. They were here on the day they said they would be, on time with professional installers, and they covered where needed and cleaned up after themselves. I recommend them.- greg b.

AGM InsulationI had contacted and received a verbal quote from an unreliable insulator. When I was ready for the insulation removal, I couldn't reach them. I called GM Insulation and they came out the next day and performed the removal, After the electricians rewired my house, GM returned as scheduled and re-insulated.12 March.- Tom P.

AVery professional crew that came at 7am to install a NEW metal roof and by 12 Noon they had completed job. That was with replacing some areas of wood, as was needed. Cleaned up completely and you never knew they were there except you had this beautiful NEW metal roof. Very Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone and everyone, and have. Work was done about 8 weeks ago, all is good.
