    PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST BEFORE BUYING HERE UPDATE: *******After speaking with Ford Corporate and filing a formal complaint I need to adjust my post. I give Lawrence the salesmen a 5. But I give this dealership a 1 only because zero is not *******After posting this on Facebook, Fox 8, Ford Asheboro Facebook and sending it to many people Ford offered me 2 free tanks of gas if I remove all post. I've decide to not remove the post because two free tanks of gas they tried to bribe me with is not worth the verbal and mental abuse I had to go through with this dealership. *********** Only after "requesting" an apology from Chris Pritchard the sales manager did he get on the phone. He said because this was a weird deal and tempers were up he cursed me out on the phone. The story goes like this...... I walked out of ford on June 6th, keys in hand and told everything was set. **Then on June 16th. Corey Mims the finance manager told me a new contracted had to be signed because the original was printed a 16th inch off the paper. I called my bank and they said Corey needed a new contract because he forgot to add gap insurance (which I will be cancelling) you have 30days to cancel and they have 60 days to make it right**** Then weeks later they say they cant guarantee financing. It got so bad this past weekend june 23rd that I received a call from them needing my employer info for the 3rd time. When I called them out of there lack of professionalism I was told by Corey mims said that it's my fault my credit isn't great and I'm the reason the loan wont be approved. (Notice it's not because they screwed up) Then I was told by Chris Pritchard when Corey handed him the phone that " You need not catch a f***ing attitude boy" (exact way it was said) Here is my text between myself and Corey mims the finance manger. There now saying to bring the car back because they messed up the paperwork. Here's my text messages with Corey Mims. He refers to me as "dude." Remeber drove off with Hyundai elentra June 6th. I should be getting the coupon book by now to make payments. But Corey in his own words said hes been getting yelled at by management for making the wrong deal all week. The following is a word for word text back and forth of my experience. Corey: Hey buddy. Can you text me a good number for your job HR. Bank trying to call and can not get anyone on the first number Me:That's the number. I've given all information multiple times now Corey:They have called a bunch of times. No one answers Me: I thought when you purchase a car this stuff was taken care of before leaving the lot. This whole situation is now totally u professional. NOTICE HE ADMITS HERE THE UNPROFESSIONALISM Corey: It is but at the same time we have to provide the bank all the information they need. Its the last thing they need Santander bank told me earlier in the week they could not verify my employment by calling my employer and I had already given Lawence my sales person all work info twice. Me: I already gave it to them! I have zero problem bringing the car back and washing my hands of th us whole thing. Somebody there did not do there job now I'm having to deal with you guys everyday. Santander said my bosses cell phone number was not sufficient but now they want the cell phone number I already provided? Corey: Dude they just want to verify your employment. Me: It's been over a week of this! And im not dude! Get your crap together. I'm a father of 4 and a husband. So its Mr. Ridgeway They messed up and here he demands the car back Corey: Ok. Ill need a good number by Monday or the car back. Up to you Me:I gave a good number. They have all my info. IT IS AT THIS POINT CHRIS PRITCHARD CALLED ME, I TOLD HIM ALL THE SAME INFO AND HE RESPONDED BY TELLING ME TO "SHUT MY F'N MOUTH WITH MY ATTITUDE" SO I TEXTED COR3Y BACK THIS BECAUSE I WAS JUST VERBALLY ASSULTED: ME:When do u close. I'll be up with my brother Corey: Come on we will wait Me: :I want a doc written up that I. Returning the car and owe you guys nothing that we both sign. At this point Corey called me and told me they could provide not documentation that I would be released from the loan but wanted the car back. He then texted me after his empty theats: Corey:All you have to do is have your employer call the bank. AFTER BEING VERBALLY AND MENTALLY ABUSED BY THIS DEALERSHIP THE LOAN WAS FINALLY APPROVED! ***The bank told me they never needed any more info or documents and that the loan was funded.***

    Took both vehicles at different times for general maintenance . Fronts brakes on Mazda replaced and back window latch repaired along with some other maintenance. The Ford Ranger was general maintenance, tire rotate, oil change etc. I thought the cost for these repairs were way far in excess. Mazda $ 1139.77 Ranger $ 1097.64

    OK-but, they checked off that they checked the air filter, but dust on the cover tells me they did not. There are 2 recall notices out on this vehicle, they tell me 1 applies only to certain areas of the country and parts are not available for the other. When I called Ford Motor company customer service, they confirm the lack of parts for the 1, but said the dealer should perform the other,customer service tried to call the dealer and got no answer!
    Previously I was told tires needed to be replaced and while they were within the warranty of the original equipment guarantee, they would not assist in getting the warranty compensation. I went to Discount Tires and they saved me $260.

    The results are amazing!  My grey, vinyl sided house had turned quite green from years of hot and humid North Carolina summers. I'm happy to say it is grey again and even the brick foundation was cleaned in the process.  This is a service I will use again this summer to maintain the every other year  cleaning schedule.

    The business owner showed up on time, was friendly and worked without interruption until the job was done.  He was able to work around the landscaping without issue, and his 'detergent' didn't affect the plantings.

    I was left with a nice clean house exterior, decking and sidewalks. A completely professional service that was reasonably priced is what I was looking for, and it's exactly what I got!

    Dealer offered a decent price, was willing to negotiate more, but in the end I chose another dealer. I chose to buy through my credit union for convenience, instead of through this dealer, although I will probably use this dealer for future service. I have nothing bad to say about this dealer. The contact was professional, prompt, and curteous, including after I informed them that I had chosen to buy the car through other means.

    My vehicle was do for maintenance, so i took it to the Ford dealership. They told me I needed new brakes and some other steering related repair. I thought the price they gave me was way to high so I took it to Allen automotive. They looked over my Escape and told me that I did indeed need new brakes, but also that I needed new rotors, and new tires (Ford hadn't even mentioned that they were badly worn on the inside).They did not find any other problems with the car. They don't charge a fortune for parts and their labor rates are excellent. I had them do my breaks and i got new tires at Walmart. All the work that I have had Allen Auto do has been good and reasonably priced. They are very nice people and will explain things to you if you want as well.
