ARidge RoofingA very large oak tree had fallen on my garage and caused damage to the roof and gutters. Alex and his crew at Ridge Roofing repaired the damaged gable, soffits and roof. They removed and hauled away all damaged roofing and materials, replaced the entire metal roof, and installed new gutters with covers. They did a great job! They were punctual, completed the work in the time frame estimated, at the estimated price (no surprises!) and didn't leave any mess behind. AJohn McClung RoofingThe office was professional and worked with me when I had to postpone the date of the work. They were cheerful, helpful, and did not give me the lest impression that I had inconvenienced them. John McClung is an exceptional business person. He is determined to provide excellent service at a reasonable price. He truly cares about doing his best for the customer. I had asked for addresses of work he had done in my area. One gentleman was in his yard when I stopped to look. He said there had been an unforeseen problem months after his work was done. He contacted John, who immediately came out and had the work corrected. This gave me the assurance that should an unlikely problem occur, there would be no hassle in having it immediately addressed. Workmen arrived on time, worked hard, and totally cleaned up, after completing the roof replacement in one long day. AGutters plusFantastic and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of James and his crew!!! I will admit I was VERY dismayed when they first drove up, as their appearance was not such that you would have “thought” they were professionals. I was worried that I had made an awfully bad choice.. But as the day proceeded and I was able to sit back and watch how they worked I have to say, first impressions were NOT lasting and any hesitation I had in the beginning was easily overcome by their work ethic. They completed a long list of things that day and what they couldn’t finish they came back the next and wrapped up. Very communicative and always in touch letting me know what’s going on. Froof was done ok but could not fix leaky chimney, it leaked into attic then into living room , tarp was put on by them over chimney and it stayed there for 2 months until we hired a chimney restoration company. they also did a very poor job of replacing the gutter helmet over the gutters after the new roof job. Never sent us a certificate saying we had a new roof which would be necessary at time to sell house. Customer service people nice on phone but rarely followed through, had to insist that they replace some of the gutter helmets as they were damaged from them just throwing them down on the ground while the roof was being done. we would never recommend them to anyone!
