Rick Buchanan was recommended by our realtor, and he did excellent work. He started in August and finished in October. He did about $75,000 worth of work. He has his own crew that does the carpentry and demolition. He subcontracted work out to other people but did electrical and plumbing. He had a crew that did a lot of the work.
