AQuality AirAfter contacting 2 referrals, the 2nd one got back to me 1st. They offered to come out for free but it would be 2 days later. It was gonne be below freezing both nights. The 1st o e called me and could come out within 2 hours. They did. They assessed my problem, left me heaters for my home for as long as I needed and set me up with a new and much needed heat pump. The other one almost caught on fire and could have killed me and my 2 granddaughters. If I had waited for the other company for 2 days, it would have been too late. I thank Quality Air for being my heroes and actually caring enough to come look and helping. Helping beyond their required job. Thank you.- Teresa H.

AGibson's Grading And ConstructionThis is the 3rd year David has worked on the driveway and each year he has done fantastic work and improvements far beyond our expectations. We are very happy with the work and reasonable prices. He maintains the long and steep gravel driveway, adding gravel as necessary, cuts back and removes trees and mows the sides. He always keeps us informed when weather stops work, and he always keeps to his schedule completing the work on time. ADUCKY DUCTSI had the Ducky Duck crew over to clean my ducts this morning, and was so impressed, I wanted to share my happiness right away. They were prompt, professional, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They were knowledgeable and thorough, in addition to being careful when moving their equipment over my hardwood floors. They had quoted me one price, but lowered it because the distance charge calculated was not as far as they thought, I was so impressed with their kindness and honesty. AQuality AirIt's absolutely wonderful. They did a beautiful job. They are great people. The guys doing the work were very intelligent and knew what they were doing. They did just a wonderful job. The price included cleaning all the ducts and the other work. They did a lot of work. They put in a new return and two new ducts. They did great work. I couldn't be happier with the money spent. The unit that I chose is supposed to cut my electric bill in half, so we will see. The good thing about it though is that within a year if I decide that I don't like the system, they will replace it with something else. It's a good guarantee. They guarantee their work and they guarantee the system. The sales representatives are nice. Everybody at the office is great and they will work with you. I was very impressed. I have got the catalogs so the price for what I got was in range. They were here on time when they said they would be here. I couldn't have asked for anything better. My system had gone down and I needed it fixed. They came out the next day. Philip who came out and did the initial work-up on my heating and air-conditioning unit showed me what he found. It was a 1985 unit and it was dead. I think this new one is going to last longer. I would absolutely use them again in the future if I needed to.- Judith S.

Wade was also very kind and provided the dryer vent cleaning at no extra charge. AI've never had my ducts cleaned so wasn't sure what to expect. Seemed like a fairly straightforward cleaning. Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well. Would recommend to others.

I took time off work to be home for the appointment and not only did they not show but they didn’t contact me at all to give a reason for not showing, that to me is a red flag I would not recommend this company to anyone

AMr. Gibson was extremely professional to work with. He took pictures and explained everything. Within 2 days I had a written proposal stating the problem areas with 3 options to repair. He started on the project earlier than he originally stated and kept me informed as to what he was doing as he went along. He found other issues as he worked and corrected them at no additional charge. His personal demeanor, kindness, and work ethic made the project much easier for me.
