AMT PLEASANT CONSTRUCTION COOutstanding. Mr. Butch is an excellent building and an honest and caring person who I felt, put the customer first. He is an Onslow County native, unlike the fly-by-night builders from Raleigh/Charlotte who breeze into town, put up a crappy development, then leave and can't be found or contacted. He is very knowledgeable about the area, the climate conditions, the soil, the geography and the special weather systems. He provides a quality experience and I would and will use him again. AAbove & Beyond ConstructionI first met Mr. Allen Farmer of Above and Beyond Construction Co located in. Jacksonville, NC in June 2013 to discuss re-roofing my home. He did the preliminary things measuring the roof and checking to see what would be needed to complete the job to satisfaction. He was very courteous and professional in his presentation of how he conducts business. I was immediately impressed. He gave me an estimate of the job and me being a member of Angie's List I received a special price since my roof was within the measured size. Due to time constraints and obligations Mr. Farmer didn't complete our transaction until August13, 2013. Upon their arrival on the agreed date the crew arrived on time and did a superb job on my roof. He replaced bad woo and siding just like he said he would at no additional cost. They cleaned up and you would never know they were there except for my new roof. I have dealt with a lot of contractors over 30+ years and have had some pretty bad work done. I can say Mr. Farmer restored my faith some what in the way he and his crew conducted themselves while on my property. I would not hesitate in getting them to do other work for me. I've received a lot of compliments on my new roof.- Gwen H.

A4-Square BuildersAll of the projects Dan has done for us have been completed to our utmost satisfaction. We have a major project (garage addition) that is still ongoing. AFUTURE HOMESGenerally speaking I was satisfied. We've had a few minor issues but it wasn't with them it was with some of the companies that they dealt with. But so far everything either has been resolved or is in the process of being resolved, so I don't have any complaints. You don't build something as complicated as a small house without a few hiccups here and there, and Future Homes has been fixing them so I'm happy.- Ken T.

AWorking with Chris Holland at Rodas Construction has been an absolute joyful experience. They are doing a 4 part job for me at my house. Refoofing, landscape retaining walks, concrete drive and two wood decks. The roofing is com complete and Chris and his crew did an excellent job!!! As an architect I'm pretty selective on who I choose to do my own work. I see contractors every day. Rodas meet their agreed to schedule, did the work professionally and clean up was amazing!!!! Chris is a true gentleman abd has my respect as we continue to work.

CWe had an excellent experience getting a new roof with JTC about six years ago, and to be fair I meant to jump on and write a very positive review then. However, we've since had some serious water damage along one section of eaves / soffit, to the point where we've now had water run down through our wall/flooring and into our HVAC ducts. I've emailed twice and called but haven't gotten any response at all. At this point, I'll try someone else, but I did have a very positive initial impression and would have thought that JTC would have at least come out to take a look at the problem for me.
