AMT PLEASANT CONSTRUCTION COOutstanding. Mr. Butch is an excellent building and an honest and caring person who I felt, put the customer first. He is an Onslow County native, unlike the fly-by-night builders from Raleigh/Charlotte who breeze into town, put up a crappy development, then leave and can't be found or contacted. He is very knowledgeable about the area, the climate conditions, the soil, the geography and the special weather systems. He provides a quality experience and I would and will use him again. AEberson DayHe does about anything from A to Z. He can probably build a house by himself because he remodels houses, does construction jobs, carpentry and landscaping. He doesn?t advertise and he is a word of mouth person. He did an addition and remodeled my neighbor?s house. He did the porch, deck, added a couple of rooms, French doors, sheetrock and ceilings. He rebuilt their home from scratch. He did the whole job all by himself. He has not yet finished the work at my place. I found him when he was working on my neighbor?s house. He charges between $10 and $20 an hour. I would definitely use his services in the future too.- jim r.

ACapstone Custom Builders IncTile, carpentry, and all work except painting was exceptional.Painters were not exceptional but overall were very good. This project was done in a professional and timely manner. The best part was that it was done long distance from start to finish without my supervision. After finished I flew to the project to see how it looked and when I discovered two very small "issues", they were corrected immediately without complaint. I couldn't have asked for a better company with which to work.- JAMES M.

AWorking with Chris Holland at Rodas Construction has been an absolute joyful experience. They are doing a 4 part job for me at my house. Refoofing, landscape retaining walks, concrete drive and two wood decks. The roofing is com complete and Chris and his crew did an excellent job!!! As an architect I'm pretty selective on who I choose to do my own work. I see contractors every day. Rodas meet their agreed to schedule, did the work professionally and clean up was amazing!!!! Chris is a true gentleman abd has my respect as we continue to work.

CWe had an excellent experience getting a new roof with JTC about six years ago, and to be fair I meant to jump on and write a very positive review then. However, we've since had some serious water damage along one section of eaves / soffit, to the point where we've now had water run down through our wall/flooring and into our HVAC ducts. I've emailed twice and called but haven't gotten any response at all. At this point, I'll try someone else, but I did have a very positive initial impression and would have thought that JTC would have at least come out to take a look at the problem for me.
