Shane was quick to respond to my inquiry and got back to me in a very timely manner to schedule the services I need. Dusty was the gentleman that came out to perform the work and he was incredibly professional- following COVID protocols by wearing a mask and staying 6ft away. He was friendly and efficient. Finishing up everything I needed in a timely manner. And he fixed everything right the first time- I am confident that I’m not going to have to hire someone else In a few months to fix what was supposed to already been done. I am so happy with Eager Beaver that I am getting more estimates for other projects I need completed. This is by far the best handyman service in the greater Charlotte area. AKitchen Tune-Up-Quality and integrity is what you will get when you work with Tom Taube and Kitchen Tune-Up. On top of that everyone is so nice. We had our Master Bath completely redone. It is beautiful-like a Spa!. We postponed our project by a month due to COVID. They had no problem with that. We were very comfortable with them in our home. AAmazing work, We have a large home, and they did a bang-up job quickly and professionally with fantastic cleanup. Their foreman was always available, polite, and professional. They repaired rotten wood and replaced hardy-board where it had been damaged. If you read my earlier review, I blasted them with an F. I had resolved to only reconsider if they ditched my account manager and sent somebody new (which wasn't an option). Ben felt so strongly about Painting & Moore that he convinced me to hear him out and give him another chance. He not only overcame my antagonism but he won me over to award him our business. Needless to say, I'm not only an avid supporter of this company, but I'd use them again in a hearbeat.

ATim Mitchell was our installer and he was excellent. Work was completed in a timely manner and the whole process went very smoothly. The entire process took two weeks, a few unforeseen hiccups (on the Rocktop granite side) but I highly recommend Kitchen Saver. Was a little shocked to find one installer does the entire job by himself but Tim was amazing. Communication was good between all parties.
