AELITE GARAGE DOOR SERVICE INCThis is the second home where Frank and Ida have upgraded my garage door openers, rails, and in the first house, the door. This time, they modified both doors' rail systems to a high-lift format, and installed two Liftmaster 8500W direct-drive openers. The service was just as top notch as it was the first time, the doors open beautifully and nearly silently. I really couldn't be happier with the results and they are wonderful to work with. AGarage Door DoctorRobert with Garage Door Doctor was on-time, courteous and knew exactly what the issue was with the torison bar and spring. He explained a couple options and got right to work fixing the issue. Once complete, Robert tested everything out and thourghly cleaned of after himself. Not only did he fix the issue, a broken spring that rendered the door inoperable, he also explained the mechanics of the door's operation and the electronic sensors, and proper maintenance techniques for both. He willingly returned later in the week to address an issue with the hinges and rollers and after careful examination assured me the door was operating as designed. AGarage Door DoctorI ran into my garage door. Bent the truss up good. Within 20 minutes of me calling, PJ was here and ready to go. I love my garage door, but have been given a sales pitch numerous times to replace it by other companies. I'm not one to be indecisive nor do I have a challenge being direct about my wishes or expectations. Still the sales pitch was brutal and off-putting. PJ didn't try to sell me on ANTHING! I was excited that he had all of the necessary materials on the truck, even a new motor that I've been wanting to replace, just hadn't had the time to call. AIt went great. My door spring broke on Monday after 3pm, I called Frankies, and the repair person (Frank) arrived before Tuesday at noon! He was very professional and courteous, and was very respectful of our need to social distance and be safe. He replaced our single door spring with double door springs which were greatly needed and upgraded our door cables as well as the bearing end plates and center bearings. His work was of the utmost quality and he left the premises clean and tidy. I though his price was extremely reasonable. This is the second time I used Frankies (he installed a new door motor in 2015 - still running smooth and strong) and I will continue to use his services when needed.

ASuper smooth transaction and repair. Jeremy was the only garage door company to give me a quote via text which I appreciated very much. Several other companies didn't want to tell me a price over the phone and wanted to send someone out for a fee. That didn't sound right to me. Jeremy was prompt for the service call, spent about 45 minutes replacing the springs, and the cost was exactly what he told me it would be. Can't get any easier or better than that. I'll be calling Open Up Garage Door the next time my door needs servicing.

AWe are new residents to NC and needed gutters immediately as we had water coming into the house. I called Bill Benetti at Presto and he came over very quickly to look at what was needed. The existing gutters on the house had not been installed correctly. They were too small and did not route the water off the deck. Bill gave us a detailed description of what needed to be done to correct the problem. He handled everything and got the job done quickly to prevent further water damage. I can’t say enough good things about this company ...very professional, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. They did everything perfectly and I just called them to install new garage doors for me. They care that the job is done well and they respond to questions and concerns even after the job is done. AIt went very well. Gin was prompt with the initial visit and had everything to fix the broken garage door cables. We discussed a couple of other issues and decided to lower the garage door sensor as well. Even though Gin needed to return the next day to complete the door sensor work, he again was on time and completed the work efficiently. I also appreciated the advice he gave on maintenance that I could do myself.

FThe technicians came and pressed all buttons (we did 5 times more than what they did) and said our garage doors not working and then said our board is gone without any evidence and we need to replace the board. That's it. No proper testing. All less than 5minutes. They want to pocket the money and they only accept payments via phone. It seems fishy. Don't trust them.

AThe roof is the original to the house and only ~15 years old (Nick had not done the original installation). About five years ago Nick and his crew addressed an issue with the original installation methodology and their fix has been solid to date. I had a few leaks in different areas and again he and his crew did a great job addressing the issues. He gave a fair price, showed up on time and performed the work in a professional manner. I plan on replacing the roof in about five years and I will call no one else.

AOverhead did a great job replacing our door and tracks. We have used them a number of times for garage door repairs, i.e. replacing broken springs, but it was finally time to do the whole door. We tried to shop agiven the cost,, but couldn't even get other companies to respond early in COVID. Overhead performed the work as promised, for the quoted price, and did quality work. The crew was pleasant and professional. You may find some a little cheaper, but they do good work for the price. Plan to continue using them.
