BZach came out about a week after I contracted Carolinas Grout Pros, and for a very reasonable price, he cleaned and sealed the grout that was still good, removed bad grout, prepped it, regrouted where needed, and sealed it and recaulked. Zach was attentive, professional, and personable. When I told him my wife is very sensitive to the fumes, he helped set up a fan to draw them outside. I would have given Carolinas Grout Pros an "A", but we had an issue with cracks and missed spots in the grout after the original visit. When I sent photos, Michael explained that the sealer shrank once it dried and cured, which sometimes happens, and Zach came back out a couple of days later and worked with me to address all of the areas that had issues. Our shower now looks like new and is a joy to use.
