Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Was honest about what he thought the issue was and based on what I had already done, told me I could probably fix it myself without him coming over. Told me he couldn't do anymore than I had already done or could do. I appreciated the honesty. Not in it just for the money. CMA's quote was less than half of what the "here until midnight" company wanted and CMA's quote was for a significantly better system. Would we hire them again? Absolutely, without a doubt. And we recommend them to all of our friends. Mike has a team of workers with the kind of work ethic we wish all service providers had. Mike provides them an excellent example-hard working and honest. However, Mike determined that our dishwasher had a mold problem and simply needed a thorough cleaning with a small amount of bleach. He thoroughly cleaned the dishwasher, carefully instructing us about how to repeat this process as needed. He also cleaned the filter (which had never been cleaned) and gave us tips on the operation of the DW in order to help prevent a recurrence of mold. Even though we were his last job of the day, he give our situation all the attention that it needed. I cannot say enough positive things about Mike and this experience. We will definitely call him for any appliance-related needs in the future. The cost was very reasonable.- BEVERLY H.

FHe called to reschedule on the same day. Then he repeatedly contacted my husband to inquire about the problem and then asked him to pick up parts for the problem. It was so unprofessional and we canceled him even though he tried to say he did the repair on your end so we were charged for the repair even though he rescheduled. Your service said no charges would be pushed through until the repair was complete and you charged us even though he never came. Total hassle and waste of time.
