    Davis Mobile Detailing
    After paying $225 ($250 minus 10% discount), I was left with several black grease marks on the interior roof above driver's seat. Regrettably, I did not notice them initially but called Lamont promptly thereafter to advise him of issue. He initially was very responsive and claimed he would send someone immediately to correct problem. However, I've called him twice since then to no avail. Such as shame because they did a terrific job on exterior of car but once pristine interior now showing black grease marks. Will ultimately have to pay yet another detailer to correct the problem. Thank goodness I used AMEX to pay! Obviously, I would not recommend or use again.

    He was professional and incredibly helpful - and honest! He pointed out that we had lower grade windows that would deteriorate faster if window tinting were installed and did not recommend moving forward with that option. I learned a lot and was impressed with his integrity. We would definitely hire him if our situation were different.

    This is an excellent shop to buy tires and get basic mechanical things fixed on your vehicle. Todd and Tom are excellent, trustworthy guys. They do not over charge and do unnecessary services. They take excellent care of their customers. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

    This is by far the premier facility to take your Honda or Acura for any type of service. While our van was in for routine service I asked them to check the brakes. At times they made an odd sound and I just assumed we needed new brake pads and gave them the go-ahead to replace them if needed. When I went to pick up the vehicle the gentleman took me back to show me the brake system and explain where the noise was coming from. He showed me the pads and told me that I didn't really need to have them replaced. A less than honest shop tech, or one that is compensated on the cost of the repair, would have simply replaced the pads and taken advantage of the situation. You get the impression from the first time you enter the door that these guys want to do what's right for you and not try to pull one over on you. I trust this team with whatever they say our van needs.

    Can't say anything but good things about all of my dealings with Flow dealerships. This was no exception. The paint and bodywork was excellent, however, like everyone seems to do, they left a few items undone. When I picked-up the car, the left front headlight wasn't working, so I had to return to get that fixed. Also, since it was mid-November, I didn't notice the AC wasn't working until the next spring. Ended up adding refrigerant myself and it's been fine since. Guess they forgot to fully charge it after replacing the condenser. Overall, they did an excellent job on the paint and body, so well, I may get them to repaint my 84 Mustang some day.

    They did a great job on the repair. There were minor problems with the paint color match and they replaced the damaged grill with one that had minor damage. The rest of the repair was good. They did an excellent job of aligning all of the body panels and the paint application was as good as it gets. When I contacted the service representative after getting the car home about the issues with the paint and the grill, he was willing to do what ever it took to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
    Thinking of taking my 84 Mustang in for an estimate on a repaint soon.

    AAA Car Care
    AAA Car Care was fine. I had to wait a little long but other than that it was okay. I don't think they are known for their competence. They did what they said they were going to do. It took almost an hour for them to get to me and they were not that far away. When I said something about it they just apologized and didn't offer any explanation.

    I have used the Tire Shop several times in the past year or so. It is the first auto repair center I have used that has done the job they took on and done it well. No loose loose wires....caps on leaking...everything has been done right. The service has always been extremely prompt, the staff friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. They don't do stuff like major overhauls but they can swap out an AC compressor, replace a serpentine belt, do whatever needs done to tires, alignments, oil changes, inspections...whatever we have needed, they have done quickly and well. Highly recommend this business.

    They have got the best waiting area. It is clean and they serve coffee all day. They have got internet service for people with laptops and shuttle service to close by businesses. My car is always ready in a timely manner. I did not have a coupon and they gave one to use.
