  • Dr Tubbs of Glacier ENT was amazing! We had to call the Glacier service at 7am on May 7 and at 3:30 Am on May 11 (Mothers Day). Both times. Dr Tubbs (who was on call that first day) called back immediately. He eventually needed to perform surgery on that Sunday to stop massive bleeding of the nose ( it was a very strange case where bits of loose bone were discovered), He has been terrific with all followup and called us several times himself to answer a question or see how his patient was doing. He was cordial and exceptionally kind on the surgery day as was the anesthesiologist. We give high marks to Kalispell Regional also. We have had several family members use their services and they have been very good each time. We drive 60 miles to go there and it is well worth the trip. We highly recommend him and Kalispell Regional both.

  • Doctor was late. Rushed into the room with her street coat on. Glanced at refraction info, looked into my eyes with light and declared all to be well. Left. I would estimate total contact time less than 90 seconds. Bad experience.

  • Regular cleaning and exams were fine, cleaning done by excellent staff with his overseeing.  Our problem came when my wife was talking about having several front teeth corrected from a previous dentist several years earlier.  The color of the ones used to replace those that had been knocked off  was grayish and she had felt bad about them for quite a while.
Dr Potthoff suggested he could replace them correctly if she wanted and she and that he would make any adjustments to insure the final work was satisfactory to her.  He took the time to find a color match and show her a sample and then replaced the teeth.
The size of the teeth he used to replace the ones there were visually much larger than the ones he removed and the other teeth in her mouth.  When the size was mentioned shortly after the replacement he said to wait a bit and see if that factor became a moot point once she was used to them.  After a couple of weeks the size difference was still not acceptable and made my wife feel uneasy with showing her teeth.
Trying to get the size changed became a nightmare for us as suddenly tons of additional charges, almost as if he had done no work prior, were estimated to us.  There was no effort to correct his work unless he was additionally compensated.
We felt like we had been lied to about his willingness to see that the teeth were properly colored and fitted and that he was not honest in his statement about what he would do if his work was unsatisfactory.
For us this episode was so unlike any other dental experience we have had that with a professional that we now doubt his honesty and capabilities.  I am sure others have had wonderful experiences with him as his office is nice, as is his staff.  He too can be very pleasant.  But he is not a dentist we will ever use again and would not recommend or even be neutral about suggesting.
We now use a different dentist for our routine and special needs work.

  • Passed from front desk to nurse's desk to doctors nurse to waiting room. When the doctor finally did arrive she proved knowledgeable and attentive to my questions. Then it was back to the nurses/administrators. Took three days for one desk to talk to the other desk to get in touch with the prescription nurse for the doctor. Three days to get a routine prescription called in to a pharmacy. Glad it wasn't a heart condition, would be waiting for the Rx fill at the undertakers. Doctor was great, staff exemplified the very best bureaucracy model you typically find trying to get something from the government.

  • I pretty much knew what to expect. Knew I had a viral infection (flu) and needed an antibiotic for an infected throat and
eye. Visit was in the door, greeted by a friendly and helpful staff and wait for a doctor. The waiting area is very
small, glad there wasn't a crowd of people. Short wait and got to see a PA who did a cursory check, forgot to check my swollen and infected eye until I reminded him, and got a script for a common antibiotic for both eye and throat. No muss, no fuss and no “hey, is
there anything else health wise you are concerned about?” The entire visit could have been accomplished with a web cam and text messaging.
I have visited a doctor once in the last five years, the requirement of a post-deployment health screening. It seems the
health care system is so conditioned to dealing with frequent flyers looking for drugs and fixes for “owies” that they don’t recognize a true request for help. How do you miss a red, swollen and draining eye? I will return should another health issue arise, the staff is great and the visit short, but will do my research first so as to know what is wrong in order to coach the doctors in what to look for.

  • She was a one woman office that took care of patients in order of need.  I was given priority living in Polson for appointments but several times waited as this one woman powerhouse delivered another child into the world.  I feel quality care is worth waiting for.  She and her staff, from reception to billing, were top notch.  I feel that she and her staff bent over backwards to make everything go smooth during my pregnancy.  Several times Dr. Klein met me for addional care at the hospital.  Dr. Klein and her staff did everything in their power to secure what they felt was necessary care but my insurance did not see the necessary care in the same light.  I truly appreciate quality care.

  • I always feel better when I leave Dr.Brovold's office. He is very personable and makes the visit pleasant. I have been in his care for 2 years and plan to continue to use him for my Chiropractic needs.

  • He has a new associate starting up before he prepares to retire.  It's always a little difficult to get an appointment quickly.  However, there isn't any wait time for the appointment itself.
