  • I'll start with the good part. Doctor Kroner was great. My procedure was fast and easy. When I gave the office my short term disability paperwork to be filled out and returned that's when the difficulties started. I began calling when I hadn't heard anything back and the office staff initially told me they'd call me back when the paperwork was filled out. When I wasn't getting a call back I followed up and was told that all paperwork is done at the end of the day although it had already been more than a day at that time. They said they'd contact me when it was ready. I continued to get no call and began to realize as I was informed very clearly the next week this type of paperwork wasn't a priority for them. When I called the next round I was continually transferred to a nurses voicemail or given a bunch of different reasons why they hadn't completed the paperwork. This included "the doctors are very busy" and "this has to go through office processing before being completed." Basically always something different and clearly I was just getting the runaround. I decided after much of this to start pushing back and explaining that I need to get this paperwork in to get some replacement income coming back. When that didn't work I got angrier which only caused me to get more belligerent comments in return like "your paperwork will not be filled out today" and the like. I left an angry message for the administrator and of course got no response as this was mid day on a Friday. I finally got angry enough with them that they all of a sudden had completed said paperwork that was literally a few check boxes and a signature in record time. I was thankful to have it done so I could send it out and get the process started but as previously stated I got a return call from the administrator John O'Connor the following Monday. He was very nasty, telling me that my paperwork is "not a priority" and "they don't have to fill it out if they don't want." He also threatened not to treat me again in the future per my getting angry with the staff. I think he fails to remember that we are the customer, not them and it was their failures to care and take care of their customers needs within a reasonable amount of time that caused their customer to get pushy. The doctor was good but if you use Five Valleys Urology, fair warning, dealing with the office staff can be a huge headache.

  • He is very good with my wife. I am very happy to say he gave me my wife back. He and his staff are part of the family. We have seen him for 15 years now. We see him every three months. If he thinks you should see someone else he will help you get with them.

  • The waiting time was not too long and the appointment went well. Went to the radiology department for a chest X-ray and the wait was much longer than expected. Returned to clinic to see the doctor concerning the X-ray results and the wait was not long.
    I was satisfied with the visit, the professional and comfortable surroundings, and the friendly and efficient staff.
    The billing process was a problem however. I have used Western Montana Clinic four times over the past five years and each time I use them they have sent me a bill with another person's name on it for a service from a different location. Each time I called to correct the mistake. When I asked how this continues to happen I was told the charges for all their affiliated locations are handled by the same billing service (which really isn't an explanation).

  • I have seen Dr. Haller for nine years now, and several years ago he performed  two partial glossectomies on me to get rid of persistent lesions and leukoplakia on my tongue. I consulted with numerous people in the medical profession about my condition, including general practitioners, naturopaths, acupuncturists, nutritionists, and five different ENTs, and there is no question in my mind that Jeffrey Haller stands head and shoulders above all of them. He offers quiet but sage council, is judicious about surgical procedures, and is just an overall great person. I feel very lucky to have found him and attribute my healing to his expert and gentle care. I would recommend him to anyone having ear, nose or throat problems.

  • I went in with pancreatitis and was followed up with gallbladder removal and care at the hospital is absolutely was first rate. I was kept comfortable and informed of what was going on and happy outcomes to make sure you will be happy but it was good experience. I respect the Legacy Hospital. Last appointment was in 2010. Availability and ndash; Perfect! I walk in the door and I was been hospitalized within an hour.

    2. We requested hormonal prescription (type of birth control) for acne BUT this Now Care of WMC cannot
    prescribe birth control for any reason ????

  • The whole facility is wonderful. They are very caring and very responsive. They care about the patients. They are nothing but good over there. It is an older facility but it was updated, well kept, well ran, well engineered and laid out for traffic. They have good elevators. And I never worried about the billing and administration.

  • I showed up and they took my weight. They worked with my situation and were very welcoming and warm. It was greatly appreciated. I found a seat and they began to inform the group of weight loss surgery options. They went through all three options and made sure to answer every question honestly.

  • and quot;Dr. Jand quot; is one of few female general surgeons in the area and, as such, is in demand and very busy. I was referred to her when I became concerned about a lump on my abdomen, in the same area as an inguinal hernia repair completed one year prior (in another state). I did indeed have a failed hernia repair (not uncommon). Despite her schedule, Dr. J took a great deal of time with me, explaining the situation and options. The surgery went well (although she was late to arrive, being delayed in her office). She has a great office staff who accommodated my scheduling needs. I would definitely return to Dr. J if I need surgery in the future.

  • Their bedside manner stood out. I called them on a Tuesday, and they got me in during the same week. The office environment was nice. He explained the entire procedure to me before they started. I went in nervous, but they definitely make you feel at ease.
