Amazing. Dr Kevin Miltko is now and will always be my dentist as long as I live in Missoula and as long as I live. You can tell he cares when he talks to his patients he has seen regularly. He is incredibly efficient and will do the work needed as affordably as he can and will not talk you into more expensive treatments just for another dollar. His staff of lovely ladies are always nice and top notch to me and everyone I see come in their office while I wait which isn't long because again, he is so efficient. Not in a hurry by any means, he just knows what to do and does it. Period. Again he fixed 95% of my long term dental issues due to shoddy previous dentist and a freak accident at a job and he did it in less than a month of being his patient and does it in a personable way. The guy is a boss and if you want a top notch dentist who will ALWAYS do right by you? Go in and see this guy and see how fast results happen. You will be amazed like I was with his practice.

Terrible. Dr Zlock had a reputation around Directv for bad work and causing knicks in healthy teeth and I was warned off his practice by several people I worked with there but he is a fairly personable guy and I figured to myself how much am I really gonna see a dentist. Turns out the more you see him, the more you need him. Nearly every single time I would see Zlock for a simple filling I would feel large, deep knicks in other teeth and sure enough, they would become cavities with 6mo to a year. I do not know for a fact this was on purpose. He might just be careless. But it happened to me nearly every visit I had work done with very few exceptions. If you are his patient watch for this if you dont take this review to heart, and watch it close! Also my new dentist stated some of the fillings he reworked were temporaries. I do not know if I was charged for the temporary filling or charged full price and quite frankly I do not want to know and it matters not. Once I was laid off Directv because ATT took over I had no insurance so had to switch to medicaid. When Dr Zlock was informed of this he told me thanks but no thanks "we do not want or need medicaid patients" was what I was told but he would fix a tooth that had a large cavity stemming from a nick from work he did 6mo earlier if I agreed to pay a $100 amount I owed previously but then I would have to find another provider. I guess Zlock doesn't like the small wait to be reimbursed, he wants his money for his shoddy work asap and 10 years knowing the guy be damned. If you keep this guy as your dentist after reading this you have been fairly warned. I can only state what accurately happened to me and people that were former patients of his. At the VERY LEAST check your healthy teeth for large nicks or gouges after every visit where he has a drill in his hand.

This is the worst experience from any doctor iv every experienced in my life. This doctor was to extract and later do a implant on one tooth. The extraction was boched. Got half way through the extraction and andmented he didnt have the right tools to finish the job. He removed so much bone out of my jaw that it damage the tooth next to it. Two hours in his chair later he put guze in my mouth and sent me to Missoula oral surgery. He had exrays weeks in advance and didnt have the tools to finish the job crazy and screwed my mouth up. Have retained a attorney and he well pay for the oral surgeon and damage. Stay far away from Dr Duke. Horrible work. Fast talker after your money.

Best dental experience. The hygienist is consistently very clear with her directions and what steps she is about to take making for an incredibly comfortable experience (AT A DENTIST!). Can't say enough about how pleasant they make these visits.

The entire staff is sincerely friendly and personable,  yet knowledgeable and professional.
They make you feel special and appreciated as a patient.
Each of them are passionate about sharing information, explaining everything and educating/teaching throughout the visit.
My exam and cleaning were efficient and thorough.
The dentists and staff are educated and up to date on latest advancements and technology.
The wait time is minimal and all fees are up front and clearly explained.
Even though it IS "going to the dentist", it is an enjoyable experience with people who truly care about you as an individual !

The office staff was very friendly and professional. The hygienist, assistant and dentist were excellent. I feel lucky to have found such a first class dental clinic near by, and I will definitely remain a patient.

Before my initial evaluation appointment I was concerned that they (or any dentist) would recommend procedures I really didn't need or try to up-sell to more expensive procedures. I'm very pleased to say they did none of the above. In fact after the x-rays were completed Dr. Heaphy sat down and fully explained everything he found. There was a lot that needed to be done but none of it was a surprise to me.
I told him that I don't currently have dental insurance but expect to in the near future so I wanted to take care of the worst problems first and save the rest for later. He was very accommodating and understood my situation. We worked out a plan that satisfied my concerns...and budget.
My first procedural visit was to repair the broken tooth and fill in a monster cavity. The procedure went incredibly smooth and quick. He took care to make sure I was comfortable and even commented that I didn't flinch on the initial injection of anesthetic. That's because it didn't hurt! He's that good!
I can't end this review without mentioning the staff. They are a group of fantastic ladies! They're very friendly and even greeted me by my first name as soon as I walked through the door...and that's only after one visit.
Between the incredible staff and Dr. Heaphy's exemplary chairside manner I'm actually looking forward to my future visits. How many people can say that about their dentist?

Everything was done thoroughly and as gentle as possible. All the staff were friendly and Dr. Rosser made me feel very well taken care of. They are not a preferred provider with my dental insurance but I will continue to go there because of the excellent work they did.

It is one of the most painful dental works I have ever had done. I thought he was great, I thought that the procedure went well and the staff was extremely polite. As for his availability I scheduled appointments and that was the only thing that I needed. I went for the appointment and he was right on it and I left. The staff could not be nicer.
