ACalled on Monday Oct 7th and made an appointment for Friday Oct 12th. This is the first home I have owned with a septic tank and I uncovered one opening. John was took the time to explain the type of tank I had and told me that this tank had three openings
that had to open to properly pump out the tank.
John said he could return the next day once we had the remaining opening uncovered. We opend the two remaining
openings within an hour and called John to tell him he could return the next day. He was back at the house within two
hours and pumped out the tank.
While working he explained how the septic tank worked, recommended a cleaning schedule and products to use twice a year to keep the septic tank healthy. I would certainly recommend Ready Freddy Septic Tanks service to anyone who asks.
Price was very reasonable for the time spent pumping out the tank as the previous owner told me that she had never had the septic tank clean before.
