    BAD! Not only did the owner YELL at us (because I was posting a review) in our other vehicle while waiting for a towing company to tow to another mechanic because Norby's charged us over $300 and the car still did not start (had car for over ONE MONTH!). They said that it needed a new motor. Well, when we got it to the other mechanic he replaced the O2 sensor and it started right up. The noise was caused by bad bearing in the water pump and Norby's said we needed a new engine: $2600! The new mechanic was very honest and had it running in less than a week (had to order parts). He only charged us for the actual price of the parts and some labor due to putting in water pump and new belts that come with the water pump kit.

    I called Absolute to again explain that another mechanic had to fix their work and was informed they did their job and “if you don’t like it file a complaint.” Rude, poor work, poor customer service. Definitely never returning and do not recommend them for any transmission work no matter how minor or any mechanical work at all.

    Price quoted was not what was charged. I didn't question up charge. After driving the car I returned with a bad wondering problem. When talking to owner he said there not much he could do for me. I had set the second appointment I set up with the technician. He agreed to take a second look. He made some changes. This did not correct the wondering problem I was having. After returning home I decided to call technician I knew from out town. He advised me how to solve the problem.

    Dennis was absolutely wonderful.  We contacted him to replace a broken passenger door window.  We wanted to get it fixed asap.  He made arrangements to have the window installed that day after work hours.  He's amazing!

    Dennis did a great job not only on my windshield but also on my fogged over headlights. If you want good work done this is definitely the guy to go to. He was very professional and educated me on the importance of the structural integrity of my windshield. Little did I know that in a collision my windshield actually protects me and helps the car's cab work as somewhat of a protective cage around me. When it comes down to it, for safety's sake, I don't think I would trust anyone else as much as I do Dennis for my windshield and my safety.

    It was most excellent. There was nothing I disliked. It was the second time I have used them. Everything they do is good. I've never had any problems with the work that they do. I'm sure that the price was comparable because I remember calling around a couple of different places and it was basically the same price. Theirs came with a one-year replacement windshield warranty so if I get a rock, they would replace it. Everything they did was perfect.

    The attendant broke the passenger mirror, he did not simply move it in, he placed the hose for the was under his arm and used both hands to push up with force on my mirror, you could hear it snap loudly.  It was so loud that the other attendant on the other side of the vehicle could hear it with over all the noise of the car was running and he looked funny over at the guy and did not attempt to touch the other mirror.  He knew he had done something wrong and went into the office as soon as we continued to pull through.  I pulled around after we were through the was and spoke to the owner. He stated to me that they were not responsible, even though his attended used way too much force in an upward motion instead of simply pushing the mirror inward.  He also stated that it is an issue with GM  and how they designed the mirror. He told me I could fix the mirror myself. He also stated that all vehicles sold after 1989 have mirrors that turn in, which is not correct as they did not move the mirrors in on the newer Subaru that went in front of me.  If they wanted my mirrors swung in they should have told me to do it, once they touch the vehicle in this way, it is an issue on their part, however, he would not take responsibility. I will never go back.

    I have been using them for two years now. They are very professional. They usually get me in fairly quick. They always call me if there is anything that needed to be done that is outside what we talked about. If they find something, they always call me before they do anything. The quality of their work is excellent. I never had any problem with anything that they had done.

    Aaron and Dave gave me great detail about my vehicle. Invited me down the the basement to show me what was going on with my vehicle. Have been going to this facility for Ten years. Never have I ever been done wrongbatvthis place. All the staff has been very great.

    As usual.  Been going to Jim and his crew at NW Automotive for years.  He has always been top notch in repairs, but more important, he has been on the money in diagnosing odd issues correctly.  I can't think of a time where he's had to fix something 2 or 3 times before he got it right.  He won't be the cheapest mechanic you've ever been to, (when has that ever worked out?).   But I've found he charges fair prices for good, quality service, and he is thorough.
